I've always wanted a less OTK-focussed and more controll-ish Shudderwock deck to work, but the standard list pretty much invalidated it. Now that Infinite Shudder is dead there is room for experimentation.
The idea is to go back to the first tried combo with Fire Plume Harbinger + Murmuring Elemental to be able to double the Shudder effect. Then we try to get as many Seaforium Bombers out as possible (realistically 3 thanks to Zola, using even more bounce is just anti tempo and therefore too greedy imo). Then shuffle double that again with Shudder, ending up with 45 damage worth of bombs in the opponent's deck and 30 from Shudder alone. Against most decks that should be enough to end them in a couple turns after sShudder was played (assuming they drew through their deck as well).
Additionally we also get the LIfedrinker damage and heal which should help clean up any armor, while the Hagatha and Drake battlecries wipe the board almost certainly (a total of 10 damage usually suffices, but an always be boosted by adding another Drake)
Finally we got the Bankers and Elise to extend fatigue and give extra value. You can Banker Bombers or LIfedrinkers or even Shudderwock if he ends up sticking for a turn. In total you will end up with at least 2 Elise packs + Banker targets + potentially any minions that Shudderwock hit with the Banker effect (should happen rarely), which, when combined with the damage from bombs and mosquitoes should be enough value to finish even Druids or Warriors.
this is particularly effective now that both Shudderwock Shaman and Kingsbane ROgue are gone and can't just straightup out combo you. OTk Paladin should be just as slow and the bombs go past his Time Out (unless he Time outs and then uses his draw to "defuse them", which should be harder considering their deck will be close to empty when you play Shudder and they'll take up to 30 damage afterwards) Only OTK Druids can realistically burst you before you combo them, but Druid is getting whacked with the nerf bat anyways, so they should be much less common on ladder.
No idea if this is realistic, but I like the idea of a combo/value hybrid deck that can be played around even by slower control decks (can't bomb through 100 armor)
On the first glance, to many wincons + too many weak-statted combo pieces. IMHO having double Baleful Banker and Elise the Trailblazer in a deck with 2x Lifedrinker and 2x Seaforium Bomber is overkill. Id sub for couple of Stonehill Defenders for more taunts and value, maybe even Tar Creepers, since they are getting cheaper. And why no Grumble, Worldshaker? Its not only have great stats and value, but also an elemental, which is quite relevant. Krag'wa, the Frog is also great value card, especially if you already play Hagatha the Witch and Electra Stormsurge. Also if you are going value route, Primordial Drake seems yacky, since you already potentially making 3 to all when you play Shudder, and there is a good chance you have a board and dont really want to nuke it. If you go with burn, however, id run 2 for max boardclear tho, up to you.

I present to you: Vlauebomber Shudderwock

Whaddaya think?
I tried having fun once. It was awful.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I basically just used the regular Shudderwock shell and substituted all the previous combo pieces for new ones.
Also, you're talking about too many win condtions, but then you suggest Krag'wa, which just seem greedy.

Yep, because when you make Shudderwock deck with Zola the Gorgon, 2x Baleful Banker and Elise the Trailblazer what do you have as a wincon? Value. V-A-L-U-E. Also, as I already said, you play Hagatha the Witch and Electra Stormsurge anyway. Synergy seems like a fitting word.
And lastly, just as a brain exercise, try to deduce which card/s i would replace for this legendary , this might make my choise more clear.
