The only real new addition for the class looks to be totem-based cards. But, aside from giving your board some resiliency with Primal Talismans, I'm not really seeing how this concept is going to be playable. Summoning Al'Akir the Windlord on the cheap is not a win condition.
So are we stuck with evolve Shaman for the third consecutive expansion? I like Unstable Evolution, but it doesn't look like there's much support, otherwise. Meanwhile, there are a lot of understatted cards like Dragonhatcher, Dragoncaller Alanna, and Lynessa Sunsorrow.
I dunno; I was excited to delve into Shaman a bit more this expansion, but I have a hard time envisioning the class changing much given the new revealed cards.
Maybe Primal Talismans is resilant enough to secure a bloodlust finishiner? Or the 2mana double battlecry thing makes evolve shaman good enough? (doppelgaengster, Thrall DK, Saronite, + Unstable Evolution added)
Edit: Or my hope... Guild Recruiter Giants Shaman :D
Guild Recruiter seems pretty good in Shaman for pulling Flamewreathed Faceless without overload. There's also trying to make the spell stone work in some kind of crusher Shaman. But yeah, generally speaking I'm not that excited for Shaman this expansion.
I feel like jade shaman is going to be nuts with the double battlecry elemental, Grumble, and Zola giving you an extra Aya.
On that note, I feel like any shaman deck centered around battlecrys could be extremely strong with the new cards coming out. No card is going to be really strong on its own, but putting them together could be really insane.

Flooding the board with totems is, in itself, a powerful strategy, even without Windshear Stormcaller.
Due to the constant threat of Bloodlust (and now Al'Akir the Windlord), the opponent will always feel the need to clear them, but you have tons of ways to make more. They are mostly not as easy to clear as Paladin's dudes -- you have to expend real resources, even if it's just a minion attack that otherwise would have gone to face.

Jade shaman has had some serious support, will definitely try an ele Jade package. Murmur, Zola, Grumble. Can easily push jades into the 10/10+ territory. Add healing rain and a massive buff to devolve, plus can almost run Kalimos with just the Jade spirits, murmurs and grumble, (will throw in tar creepers to slow it down). Hopefully there's room to fit them all in a deck.
Zola and Grumble to recycle Nzoth could be cool too.
I tried big overload a lot yesterday. It was kinda good, better than before at least. In wild with Elemental Destruction is working really well but in standard is kinda hard to activate the spellstone. But when it works oooooooh man. I got 4 The Storm Guardian buffed with Ancestral Spirit. Getting a bunch of Things from below with ancestral spirit is aways nice too.

Check out my fun and innovative decks here:
Beat your opponent to a pulp with Revenant Warrior or outlast them with Demon Reno Warlock.
Hopefully Elemental Shaman is in a better spot this time around.

You could try evolve then Grumble to bounce your evolved minions back into your deck if they have a good battkecry.
..thinking about heavy recruit shaman deck, I have some ideas so far... I'll tell you soon ;)
Untill then what about control jade shamy? http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/805012-jades-not-dead
