I'm a F2P player. And a quite recent one (started with Un'goro launch a few months ago). I'm usually ranked 20-16. I've only been twice above rank 15 (max rank 11), thanks to a mid-range hunter deck stolen from Internet. :p
This deck is the result of my attempts to build an aggro shaman deck without evolution (don't ask me why :) ).
The obvious stuff first. 1,000% whatever cards you have or don't have these two are terrible in this deck...or pretty much any deck. Trash them.
1. Get rid of Skulking Geist
2. Get rid of Raid Leader
After that is done
3. Re-think Earth Elemental. It is strong but it slows your deck down A LOT! you may want to think of your deck as a more midrange deck and re-evaluate from that perspective if you keep it.
The rest is pretty reasonable
Do you know what you lose to most? What seems like the hardest match-up?
I was dubious about the skulking geist, so I don't care about dropping it out.
On the other hand, raid leader seems important to me in this deck. I often overflow the board with weak minions and basic totems. So the raid leader indirectly brings most of the time 4 or 5 damage (I consider it as a bloodlust ersatz), even if it's blasted to oblivion the next turn. It's worth something, even if it's not as good as the flametongue totem or bloodlust.
In the particular case of this deck, I don't find the dire wolf alpha as good as the raid leader, and I couln't find any other replacement for that role. Maybe defender of Argus... (but I don't have it).
I think that I struggle the most with control decks with multiples AoE abilities (mostly mage and warlock, and some priests). That's why I included high health minions (flamewreathed faceless, earth elemental). But I find it insufficient.
In a previous version of this deck, I tried to fight AoE abilities with deathrattle minions (devilsaur egg, eggnapper). I liked how it gave me reactivity, but it wasn't ideal.
And you're right, I'm now re-avaluating this deck as a midrange one. I like the ability to win (or lose) in a few turns, but it relies to much in the mulligan (to much luck needed...).

Is there a reason you are leaving out jade claw and jade lightning. They both fit with the strategy of the deck (removing the opponents board while building your own board).
Also not sold on raid leader. If you want an additional way to buff tokens then maybe switch for direwolf alpha. 1 mana cheaper is a big difference.
As a F2P player, the only reason i'm leaving out jade claw and jade lightning is that I currently can't afford to craft them (it'll take me a few weeks to do so). I agree they are goodcards that will fit this deck. (I'm so far from crafting Aya... ^^').
And thanks for the bonemare idea. I'll do it.
So, as i see things now, i'll craft in the near future : 1 mana tide totem ; 2 jade lightning, 2 jade claws (380 dust, nothing impossible).
New version. I was quite lucky in my last two packs. So I could afford the needed dust quicker than expected (1 golden rare I already had in un-golden pair).
Included jade cards (jade lightning, jade claws), and a mindbreaker (not totally sold on this one, but Kazakus Priests are quite boring, and it can help me against evo-shamans, or hunters if I don't win quickly).
Instead of 2 mana tide totem, I'm trying a mix of 1 mana tide totem + 1 coldlight oracle.
I also want to include some bonemares, but I can't figure what to sacrifice (mindbreaker ?).
The deck is quite quick and reactive. Of course it doesn't fare very well long matches (maybe i'll include in the future 2 mana tide totems + 2 coldlight oracles ?).
Today, I reached rank 14 quite easily with it (sheer luck ?) . It's cool, knowing that I used to struggle a lot to reach rank 15 and above, even with my "Hunter net deck - reach legend in 2 weeks - no refunds" (lol. ) :)

why mindbreaker? when does it benefit you, do you care bout your opponents hero powers? no! do you care about your? yes! you run thing from below, mindbreaker is just anti synergy with your own deck.

It's not very original, but It seems to work for the moment (rank 17 today, still upgoing :) ).
I'm still working on it, so any help or constructive comment is welcome. :)
Thank you.
