2. Is it ok to build a bloodlust deck with 2 of the card?
It seems like it is too situational.
It required board presence
It requires 5 mana
It requires a properly timed draw
I can understands its use if your missing the legendaries for a non bloodlust deck but are bloodlust decks solid?
I'v been caught holding bloodlusts too man times when i need to hold it or uses it on 1-2 minions at max to not even take board control. I could be my first couple games of frustation or it could be that im fresh to the game so im fucking up other situations in the game. Just curious to see the answers.

The main strength of Bloodlust is that Shamans can easily fill the board with their totems, cards like Feral Spirit and minions that can stick around. While Bloodlust does require some planning and a proper deck to support it, it can be an easy and surprising win-condition.
I don't play Shaman often. But if you get board control from me (due to bad card draw, what have you) a Bloodlust puts the game out of reach for me to come back from. All of a sudden two 0/2 totems are trading for my 6/6, clearing my taunts and basically taking the game to a place I can't go.
It IS situational, and I don't think having 2 in your deck is efficient....and yes there'll be times it will sit unused in your hand.
I'm currently dying over this issue. I seem to end up with big boards, even though I'm not running a bloodlust exclusive deck. I have it in and its a dead card. I have it out and I drool over the possibility of having one. Generally, though, unless you build a deck around it, it is too often a dead card or a quicker win you have locked down anyhow.
It was tough to get a good BL off before Naxx. However, cards like the eggs and the spectral spider have ensured that even if someone board clears you still have a decent amount of targets to lust. I think BL will be more common in the next few months.
I don't spend a ton of time in constructed, but my Shaman deck is my favorite to play. I run one bloodlust because it can help you out of a bad start, or help you drive a surprise finisher that would have taken 4+ more turns to draw out the victory. I don't agree that it is a "win more" card, since Shaman totems in a lot of situations become dead on the board without some sort of buffs. Right when Naxx released, I did add in spiders, but have been experimenting with the resurrection / rebirth theatrics the past few nights. Will probably put spiders and eggs back in.

This. Bloodlust should also be considered as a way to regain board control in addition to a pipe dream of closing out games. Keep in mind that this is a conditional card that requires at least 2 minions that are ready to attack to see any value from it. Otherwise Rockbiter Weapon is a much more efficient use of mana.

bloodlust is a card worth having, but having two is a terrible idea. This card has single-handedly saved my arse or won the game for me when I had no other plays. i suggest having at least one. many many players will leave your totems up refusing to attack them as long as you have other minions to sponge damage. then all of a sudden three 0/2 totems turn into 3/2s thats nine damage on the board. its great for trades or lethal. keep one of them. with all that being said I run a midrange/control shaman. using this card strategically to keep the board clear without sacrificing big minions is excellent. its worked too many times for me to take it out
Bloodlust is a win condition, just like any other big bomb you will drop in order to push that last amount of damage to win you the game. Shamans inherently have a big board presence though the use of their hero ability and especially more so after Naxx. If you have space, a 1 of Bloodlust is fine, but you should never run 2 because you will run into problems of having dead cards in your hand.
I said earlier that Bloodlust would be good for Naxx because of some sticky sort of cards like haunted creeper and sludge belcher.
In theory that was right but in practice I've changed my mind due to the meta. With hunters being so rampant right now the same sort of board that will get you a great bloodlust will allow the hunter to drop a massive Unleash the Hounds. If you don't see many hunters, a Bloodlust deck would be pretty powerful. Unfortunately, I wouldn't suggest running one competitively right now.
I won't ever play a midrange Shaman without a singleton of Bloodlust in the 30...
Agreed, it's the best way to close the deal. Midrange shaman is just dead in the current meta. We'll see what the new season brings but the high population of hunters (who outpace shamans and punish us for filling the board) make it impossible to keep up a steady win streak in higher ranks.
I play a variation of a spell heavy, tempo-y shaman deck using violet teacher and other goodies for random wins with massive, unexpected bloodlusts. It's very solid and took me to rank 11 before the reset where I was still climbing. I never really liked cards like argus or haunted creeper. Just my style.
two questions.
1. Is bloodlust worth using?

Check out this deck:
It's op
I steal your deck and your ranking.
Well argued, Dase.

Other games it's your win condition.
thanks guys. Gonna just run 1 of them and a doomhammer in place of the other

So I have every card for that legendary blood-lust shaman deck mentioned above minus the loot hoarder. I also have a doomhammer.
Should i keep the 2x bloodlust as that deck is built aroun it...
Can i sub 1 bloodlust for a doomhammer....
Or should i make a different deck that is more midranged based with bloodlust as a potential win condition?
Im currently trying this. Any opinions/corrections/suggestions?

I agree. Naxx has made BL far more useful.
