I play this deck from rank 20 to rank 12 after that i really really strugling, against fatigue warrior, rogue cthun or zoo warlock is there any suggestion to make this deck good?
yeah its understandable your having difficulties vs those decks, this doesn't have enough aoe for zoo, and its not aggressive or greedy enough to beat control. its a good list if you like mid-range sha. anyway the way you beat those decks with this deck, is you have to be greedy with your aoes vs zoo, and vs warrior you need to try to kill them before they armor up. depending on what you wanna beat more cards to certainly consider is like a ragnaros or thunderbluff valiant to try help in the control matchup or put in more aoe to help vs zoo. another card to certainly consider would also be brann to get more value out of tuskarr, scarab, master of evo, etc. cards i would consider cutting would be like flametongue (while they can help you trade up, without creepers or eggs, they have alot less value and often require you have a board first, and in an aggro deck thats very easy because of all the low mana minions) hammer of twilight, 2nd scarab, lava shock (the 2 mana 3/2 guy is better value). personally i also prefer seeing hallazael in more control shaman deck with like doomsayers. i would also recommend some card draw, this deck is lacking that, like azure drake. hope that helps, and best of luck

Your deck looks like you were building Midrange Shaman and then halfway through you started building a Control Shaman.
Exactly this, it looks like your deck is light on synergies. No draws make low cost cards like lightning bolt, stormcrack, earthshock bad, as they deplete your hand. 1 rockbiter is too light to take advantage of Al'Akir. Hammer of twilight is geared toward a slow and grindy playstyle, but you do not have "value engines" that allow you to keep going (stuff like the Thunderbluff Valiants that turn your totems into killing machines).
I'd advise you to think about your gameplan and build your deck accordingly. You want to win by outlasting your opponent? Then I guess you would need more heal and value card, and wouldnt need Al'Akir. Wanna win by snowballing the board and finish with a burst? Then you'd need more fighting early game presence (troggs, argent squires, flame jugglers and totem golems are the standard, plus a finisher, BL or Al'Akir, and the doomhammer).
Whatever you choose, there are plenty of decks that are viable, as long as you have a gameplan. Good luck.
