Keeper of Uldaman is crazy tempo against the 7/7 as well, they get overloaded and you get a favorable trade
There are answers people, the meta is nuts but it will settle and then you can tweak your decks against what you play against mostly. Keep track of your opponents and reassess your deck as you climb, the meta at 20 and 10 and especially at 5 and below is completeley different.
If 3/4 of people got a hard-on seeing the C'Thun and play some boring crappy minions to boost a card that won't even come to play until round 9-10 (with luck) no wonder they now cry "aggro deck broken, nerf nerf nerf...". Blizzard put out a bait with and they caught it ;) Build balanced decks, without a super-duper one trick pony and aggro decks won't mean shit. I've played *a few* games since the release and saw the big tentacle thingy in action TWICE! Oh and I don't play aggro Shaman ;)
C'thun cards are like 30% of this set. That's a lot of effort to "bait" people. I agree though C'thun is horrible when you die by turn 5.

Hyperbole will never help any argument. There's only 17 C'Thun cards in the set, which is just over 12%.

Actually, hyperbole will win you 100% of all arguments if you do it right.
Aggro shaman with crackle was somewhat interesting to play, you had to wrestle for control here and there. Now, it's like some "Zoo for dummies" with beefy minions you don't have to worry about.
It's not unique to shaman either. C'thun priests, for example, are essentially given immunity to fatigue.
Ive changed how I thought about the meta after playing a lot more games and shaman is totally fine if you are prepared for it. This meta is actually the most interesting meta ever I think and the game is better than it ever has been.

That's literally the most stupid thing I have ever heard!

Exactly this. Bad players cry for nerfs, good players adapt their decks and play.
the only problem i see in agro shaman is the 4 7/7 , but by the time that card comes out each class has a way to remove it so i dont see why all people are mad about that card

becouse its not them who got 4 mana 7/7 minion
from my point of wiev shaman always been to random and now look its even more random with all these evolve cards. shammy didnt change
Standard removal price is 5, first thing first ( See Assassinate and Siphon Soul ).
Also, removal is reactive. It doesn't win games.
A 7/7 body, however, does...Plus it's on turn 4. You've gone through, what, 10 cards, by then ?
Good luck having your removal ready for that.
This is even before factoring that the "It costs 6" is just BS with all the ways Shaman now has to unlock Overload and the fact that something that truly costs 6 cannot be played on turn 4. Not all classes have removal by turn 4 to answer this.
Assassinate isn't standard removal, it's slightly below par as far as removal goes. Polymorph is the best example of a pure kill spell with no real restrictions, with the upside(gets around death rattle) and downside(gives them a 1/1)
Also yes removal does win games, If you pay 3 mana to play a threat and I pay 3 mana to answer it? Who got out ahead in that trade? I did, since I prevented you from enacting your plan(smash my face) while enacting my own(delay the game to buy time so i can play my late game cards.).
I have been playing Control Warrior lately. I was at rank 5 and got to rank 3 with relative ease because I kept getting paired against Shaman. My record is something crazy like 15-3 against the deck.

The development processess takes a bit so they actually develop these cards about a year early, a year ago shaman sucked and we all complained
Adapt!
Never had a problem with Shamans with my Healadin deck. Absurd amounts of heal + absurd amounts of board clear = win.
Die, insect! Live, insect!
4/4 for 7 and shaman still having to rely on face decks shows how bad the class and overload was/is...

If you're happy and you know it... well that's good :)

Paladin and Warrior counter it quite nicely, and I'd be willing to bet that Priest and Mage have a build that could counter it.
