The idea is to establish control of the game through removal, card draw, and early beefy creatures put out through Pint Sized Summoner, and the Alarm Bot
Low casting minions with taunt are used as fodder to protect your hero, and totems
Once Control is established, the 8 costing legendary's are used to overwhelm your opponent. So surviving early game is the idea with this deck
keep in mind pint sized is only 2 HP, soo any decent player will kill it, u gonna need protect it with taunt minion, but still most deck use some AOE 2-3 damage. soo they just gonna die. same with alarm bot, at least use 2, not just 1 ;)
i think too many 'big minion' . you gonna have some hard time surviving the first turn.
you should add some windfury buff, soo if u can summon an big minion, u double his damage output, alsoo, use rockbitter weapon, +3 damage for only 1 cost is a huge damage boost,
EX: turn 8 summon a 7/7 + . turn 9 , use 2 rockbitter weapon for +6 and windfury, soo ur grull, 7/7 is now a 8/8+6+windfury =28damage.
if you want a control shaman you need both shocks imo. Frost shock is weak but it goes well with a control niche. but yh I agree with are_you this looks weak and quite frankly I don't know what to suggest.

I would take out a few of the big guys like alex, ony, and put in rockbiter/windfury
