this was the deck i entered for the beta giveaway, sadly i didnt win but i tried to base this deck off of one of my favorite decks in MtG. im pretty new to deck building but iver read the 101 inside in out and this deck seems pretty solid, id love to get some feedback and know what i can do to tweak this deck and make it better! always that you so much for any help and id happily return the favor and if you like this feel free to copy it and other decks on my profile to tweak and make your own! best of luck to everyone and i hope i can fight you in the beta!
From what I've seen posted here and other places, Murloc decks are VERY viable. I've yet to see a Pirate deck that looks like it could work, but I actually really like this one. The only thing I'd change is that I think Headcrack is really strong in Rogue decks, so I'd find a way to throw two of those in. Someone who has a) played at all so far, and b) are more familiar with Rogue decks can correct me if I'm wrong on that one, but it almost seems like a must.
Might want to consider removing Nat Pagle, I feel like he's a waste of space in most decks. He can be removed easily, and only has a 50% chance to draw, not worth it in my opinion. Adrenaline Rush is not in the game, it was replaced by Shiv. As far as weapons go I think Perdition's Blade is pretty lackluster. Conceal doesn't seem that amazing in this deck because don't really see what you plan on stealthing for a turn, but in can work. Should work in an Assassinate for strong removal, as well as maybe a second Backstab. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to bad.
I think there are some cool Pirate cards and I've tried throwing together a few of the theme decks in HearthPwn's deck builder, but I haven't been satisfied with them.
I've been using Warrior as the hero for my Pirate deck, haven't branched out into other classes theoretically yet. I like the looks of this though.
I'm really not a fan of the Bloodsail Corsair minion though, I feel like its uses are too niche and that there are better cards it can be replaced with. IMO
Looks damn good, I really like the idea of a pirate deck. I'm a little worried about how it would do lategame, I might replace some bloodsail corsairs with mountain/sea giants or maybe even a baron geddon/ysera. Cold blood and headcrack would also be cards I'd look into, I think they'd fit pretty well, especially cold blood, it would really up the momentum you could create with pirate spam.
thank you guys so much for the feedback! i am really playing around with this deck a lot still. one thing im noticing is the bloodsail corsairs coming up, the reason i added them wast for their ability of removing weapon durability , i agree that is complete garbage, i added them because they are a 1/2 pirate for only 1 mana so i can easily drop them in turn one and start attacking, they also get pumped from some of the other cards being pirate. i do agree that i should remove nat pagle, a 50% chance to draw isnt good enough for how easy he is to remove. ill take another look over at this and post some edits i made with your feedback, and maybe some variants of this deck, but the purpose remains that its supposed to play as cards that pump each other for 1-4 mana anything more really slows the deck down.

None Eviscerate or Sap to gain more control on board? You need more removal against taunt minions.
I prefer to remove Bloodsail Corsair and add 2 Eviscerate, remove Nat Pagle and Betreyal to add 2 Sap. Adrenaline Rush removed from the game so, add second Shiv and Backstab.
I like Rogue weapon archetype, good aggression deck but need control, most decks has greater taunter creatures.

pirates are cool but not even close to murlocs
imo this is a cool deck, but get the bloodsail corsairs out of there, they're so bad, get some leper gnomes in instead, much more efficient.
