I'm here to share you one of the most fun to play rouge deck in my humble opinion. It might not be the best, but at least I got over 70% win rate and it's always fun to see the opponent get unexpectedly burst down by a rouge. In addition, as this is my first ever guide and English is not my main language, try to go easy on me :P
The concept is pretty easy, use those card drawers to shuffle through you deck to get the necessary 1 turn burst finish combo with Leeroy Jenkins, Cold Blood, and Shadowstep.
Do not afraid to hit your opponent for 1 with your dagger, most of rouge cards are super cost effective and you'll likely to have some mana to spare anyway.
Do not try to go full aggressive early game, most of your minions have 1-3 HP and WILL BE WIPED with 1 AOE, try to control the opponent's board early game by trading and using your cheap spells. Just drag on to turn 8-9 and you'll likely to be able to insta burst your opponent down from around 20 HP > 0.
70% wins at 3 star master right ? I'll give this deck a try, also, I believe leeroy + cold blood + shadowstep will do 16 damage and not 20, no ? If you could upload a gameplay video it would be awesome.
Also, I dont have the bloodmage, what would you suggest as a good replacement ?
Leeroy + 2 Shadowstep is already 18 damage for 8 mana which is pretty sick
Also, it's not like you'll need all of em (Leeroy / Cold / Shadow) to finish your opponent as you also have Eviscerate and those sick weapons.
Furthermore, as I said, rouge early game is pretty strong, you'll deal some damage to the enemy and mostly get him down to 15-16. In most of my games, I don't even need Cold Blood to finish off my opponent, mostly Leeroy and 1 Shadowstep will already seal the deal at turn 8-9.
An example for 'unexpected burst':
It actually happened an hour ago before I post my deck list, I'm on around 15 hp and my opponent is at 24. I only have 1 Azure Drake on the board and he have like 2-3. Instead of killing my Drake, he went for my face instead as I'm already low and he's not wrong, that is what he SHOULD do. People do not expect rouge to be able to burst people for 2x damage in single turn with 8-9 mana. Hitting my face and forcing me to kill his minion is the correct way to play.
Sadly for him, I'm not an ordinary rouge he sees everyday :P I hit him with my Azure for 4, Leeroy + Cold Blood + Shadowstep for another devastating 16 damage for 7 mana and finish him off with my Eviscerate. Bam! GG Son
PS. 3 Stars master doesn't really mean anything, you know that you can't fall from your current rankings right? If you keep on playing, you'll be able to reach 3 Stars master eventually. It all depends on your hidden MMR and I don't think mine's that bad with 500 total constructed wins with around 60% win rate.

While you got a point, you are not completely right. Instead of dropping rank, you will be stuck forever at the same rank. Pre wipe I let my little brother play on my account (he is horrible) and he got me stuck at 2 star silver for 500 wins, yes, 500 wins, I got the picture somewhere, it took me like 100 wins at 80% wins to finally rank up. After the wipe he got his own beta key and I went from recruit to 3 star master in 50 games or so with a 95% win rate or something like that, then I went down to 70% wins when I kept playing at 3 star master. A friend of mine found a murlock druid deck, he wins 70% of the time at gold, but at 3 star master, I can barely get to 40% wins. Not everyone will reach 3 star master eventually like you say, they will get stuck at some point and think its a bug and create a bug report thread, there a ton of them. Ranks do represent your skills, at least how fast you get to x rank represent it.
It's what popje says, you don't decrease in rank, but your hidden MMR will fall below whatever threshold it was to increase your rank. In fact, you may never reach 3*M if you fluctuate at the same MMR for eternity!
So the level of play in my MMR could be drastically different from another's, even if we're both 3*M
Of the 3 matches I played, (ramp druid, shaman and priest) didnt have too much issue winning - the suprise factor on Leeroy does most of the work and a turn 6 VanCleef is a huge distraction. I fear fotm Zerg Lock might be an issue as dealing with Voidwalkers and Squires would be a royal pain but I am hoping i get the opportunity to Blade Flurry them all down. Anyways thanks for the change in pace.

Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
I just had to report this one. I finally got my Zerg Lock fight and it went like this:
I lose the flip and go 2nd. 1W: Plays Flame Imp 3/2 1R: I play Backstab on Flame Imp 2W: Plays second Flame Imp 3/2 2R: I play Coin, Perdition's Blade -> Battlecry 2 damage to Flame Imp. 3W: Nothing. 3R: Knife to the face 4W: Concede.
Had you played more than 3 games with Edwin? I'm kinda curious how well he works in my deck. I did considered him but I thought he'll likely to be instantly removed as their aren't any real threats in this deck for the opponent to be using his/her hard removal except for the Leeroy surprise.

Constructed player, mains Warlock, Rouge, and Shaman <3 Priests and Paladins are gay :( Mages are nasty :P
Yeah, he usually gets to swing once - but I wouldnt care too much for hard removal anyways, hard removal costs more mana which basically gets you a turn further in the game.

Early game, just put down pretty much everything you've got but just beware of cheap AOE like Cone of Cold or Lightning Storm Rouge early game is pretty strong imo, for most of the time, you'll be able to trade 2-1 with Defias Ringleader / SI:7 Agent / Deadly Poison.
Do not afraid to hit your opponent for 1 with your dagger, most of rouge cards are super cost effective and you'll likely to have some mana to spare anyway.

If you're pretty sure that your opponent doesn't have Acidic Swamp Ooze and you have Leeroy Jenkins + Cold Blood or Shadowstep just go with Assassin's Blade + Deadly Poison and start whacking your opponent face.
Some tip:
Spell power works with Blade Flurry.
Shiv or Fan of Knives, your choice, I personally like Fan of Knives more as it's basically an AOE Shiv that cost 1 more mana.
Why no Sinister Strike? Pretty much a waste of card as I don't take Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
You can try to put in Sap to remove the enemy taunter. For me, it seems like everyone is following 'Taunt SUCKS! #TrumpSC.
NEVER EVER Shadowstep Novice Engineer and SI:7 Agent unless it's absolutely crucial.
PS. Miracle Rouge + Leeroy Jenkins works great as well! + Have a great day ;)

To my knowledge it doesn't? Anyone able to confirm.
Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
Blade Flurry and Shadowflame are affected by spell damage.

So been looking at your deck, made one change - replaced the Kobold with VanCleef - and it plays fine.
