This is obviously a rough draft, but I've been playing Stealth/Tempo Rogue for the last expansion or so. It's a pretty good deck.
EDIT2: Updated the deck with the rest of the revealed cards. I abandoned the shuffle mechanic because it just didn't fit (and I don't have Shek'zera) plus I LOVE the SI:7 mechanic and the Rogue quest. I think it's so creative and gives rogues a lot of value generation without needing to rely on strict card draw. It's also nice that the cards the quest generates are *fantastic* combo enablers. I also added a deathrattle package with Loan Shark, which I think has great synergy with the Deathrattle support cards Rogue got. I'm not sure it's something this version of Rogue needs, but I'm gonna try it.
EDIT1: Post formerly contained a link to Blizzard's deck builder.
The deck seems alright, but why dont you use the deckbuilder here?
I like the UI better on Blizzard's site and it has the best search functions (though some are exclusive to the card library for... some reason), but it is nice to have the bb code.
I played a Kingsbane rogue who used a few stealth cards to survive long enough to lethal me (would have killed the rogue beforehand otherwise), thought it was a cool concept of a proven archetype (Kingsbane) . Not sure how effective it would be for ranked ladder though as anything that slows down lethal may lead to a loss vs. warlock, priest, etc.

It works pretty well as just a tempo deck, but tempo decks in the modern meta are... not great. Mostly because there's so much anti-tempo stuff and value generation.
Swindle is a possibility over Shroud... I kinda like Shroud, because it doesn't rely on having a combo play (which this deck isn't super great at having), but Swindle is much more mana efficient.
So I think that new deathrattle tutor is probably better than either Swindle or Shroud for this deck.
Updated the original post with a new list. Relying on Greyheart Sage for card draw, but I think this list might need to sub in some more cycle because there aren't a huge, huge amount of stealth minions in the list.
After the release of the DR draw card, I just had to whip this up. I think it aligns somewhat to your original idea. Not so much stealth, but definitely shuffle and deathrattle.
I think what's going to happen here, is there will be a lot of face damage present, with a touch of hard removal and hopefully a decent amount of board pressense (the plush bears). With an Alex on top for the final hit. I like the idea of being able to Preparation the Sketchy Information on turn 1 and hit Lilian. Getting a 4/2 on board and dealing 4 face damage on turn 1. Haha...
It feels good on paper, but like everything, it would require testing to see what other classes are doing. What do you think?
Yeah, I was basically trying to make a tempo rogue deck, at the time it seemed like a stealth package was a good way to go.
But more and more I dunno if there's room for so many stealth cards.
I REALLY love the new SI:7 package for Rogue. I don't think I have Shek'zara, though, so I may not craft this deck initially. (She's a card from last year and I have a lot of decks I wanna make)
I keep seeing Loan Shark and want to run it with the Deathrattle synergy stuff, but I'm not sure that's a good idea or I can just really not find room for it.
I kept a BIT of the shuffle synergy stuff, mainly for the tutor card and to reduce Malolent Strike to 0 mana. Might bail on it. Again I don't have Shek'zara so I wanted to make a version without her. The quest seems cool and acts as a good value generator while developing large boards.
(Will update with a hearthpwn list once they get all the images uploaded)
EDIT: Never mind. Decided to try the Loan Shark thing with SI:7 and stealth cards in place of all the shuffle stuff.

What's the purpose of the peasant? Also not sure if there's enough combo cards to justify Foxy, even though he's a good card. (Maybe replace him with Backstab which has a more general use?) You also already have Malevolent Strike and Preparation as combo enablers.
I'm never really sure about Alex, she's always kind of a clunky card, and Rogue has a lot of good finishers.

My thinking here is that we want to draw our deck as much as we can, and without field contact, it will be a bit slower. Peasant just seems like a great T1 play if you're going first. And even if you're not, I think it will attract a response from your opponent, since they don't want you to get free cards.
It's may be not necessary, just wanted to try it out.
As for the others, it may just be my personal preference. Foxy and Alex have been my good buddies in my standard rogue deck for a while, but certainly not always necessary.
Also, since the big card reveal dump, I'm leaning more towards the SI:7 package now... it seems like a lot of fun with the questline... but this will still be my base for a shuffle/DR deck.
I think peasant is really bad against DH is my biggest concern. But I think it's probably worth trying for sure.
Alex I just have never had luck with. But I think I maybe have just never understood what decks to put it in or when she's good to use.
In that case I think you might wanna swap in some more combo cards? I'm not even sure which ones really look good. Looking through your list, I think I'm also maybe underestimating how many combo cards you have.
