I thought miracle/secret rogue was a decent deck in standard. Guess not. It loses hard to Paladin, Huntard & Mage. Like 100% loss rate. It cant put any early pressure on and relies on gimmicky draw combos to "win". Maybe Im missing something but the version with Hanar, Kazakus & that 8 damage or heal dragon is useless.
Actually it feels pretty good for myself, but you need to be familiar with the play style of these kinda decks they are not straight forward and you need to be very flexible, almost every game you will have different win condition.
Neither is a "bad deck". They're both quite solid. I played secret rogue to top 500 legend this past month. They're not easy to pilot though. If you need help with secret rogue please add me and I can try to spectate/help/give advice.
If you lose with Rogue to all the Paladins you are 100% doing something wrong. I play a lot of Miracle Rogue (and I've played some Secret Rogue which is a very similar deck), there are good matchups and not so good matchups, but Paladin is by far one of the easiest ones (see attachments)
deck is not viable for climb at least with the w/r I like ... Don't expect more than a 55 % wr right now. At HS Replay miracle Rogue is Tier 3 with 48% wr so Trash...

Don't forget that these win rates aren't simply a reflection of the power of a deck, but reflects how successful people are.
If you get a ton of low skill players trying to pilot a deck and failing, the win rate will be impacted. A win rate of 48% isn't the natural power of that deck, I always allow a buffer either side to account for particularly good or particularly poor use of the deck.
Despite what the hysterical crowd on here will have you believe, there is skill involved in this game and there are clearly a lot of very bad players, going by the figures I've seen before of numbers in each rank (assuming these are even just fairly accurate, the actual number of players getting to legend is very small).
So it also helps to clarify which rank you're quoting when you say 48% because that doesn't tell the full story.

Totally agree with what P4dge just wrote.
Miracle Rogue is considered a high skill ceiling deck, and for good reason. I used it to reach legend during May, and had a 80%+ W/R in the mirror because people just make too many mistakes playing this deck.
Versus Paladin, I can be honest and say that I struggled a bit because of the raw power of Paladin right now, but still manage to have 55-60% W/R against them. Overall over 80 games, I finished with 67% W/R.
It is a super fun deck, where you really feel that your decisions have huge impact on the game outcome, and RNG plays minimal role (Jandice, thief).
Anyway, totally disagree on the OP view of the deck, It is indeed your lack of skill/knowledge that is giving you these poor results...
I know it's no sample size, but I am currently 11-6 (65%) with the secret rogue version in D10-D5. Seems ok to me. Not paladin levels of insanity, but the deck felt fine most of the time. Also one loss against actual miracle rogue, so that deck seems fine, too.
My results against huntard, mage, and paladin are 2-0, 3-1, and 1-1, so yeah, 0% winrate obv.

The point is that for the majority of Hs players Miracle Rogues is not the deck to climb. I always liked rogue and been playing the class since forever with all the deck variants. As for the skill lvl I reach Legend 1500 -2000 and I don't bother anymore cause I don't care plus the amount of games I play are very few. But with Rogue the matches I get can't win them mostly face hunter aggro pala, the wr is around 55-60 % and that just doesn't cut it for me. I don't have time to play 300 games to Legend. I see posts of people that play 100 games from D5 to Legend. That to me is Insane so I don't bother to play a deck that isn't tier 1 or gives you a headache to have a good wr. I hope Rogue gets stronger like the Gala days were I actually enjoyed playing the class.
Kazakus is key against hunter and mage. Black jack against pally. Also I keep Alex in hand vs mage. Also the 1 mana 1/2 is such a key card against hunter mage and paladin.

My comment wasn't aimed at your skill level, I was more addressing the 48% overall win rate not being the defining power of that deck. Maybe it's not an efficient climbing deck, I don't know, but just saying it has a 48% win rate without specifying what rank that's from or giving any other information why so ever and is therefore trash isn't convincing to me, that's all.
Currently Miracle Rogue is a high-ceiling deck, you can play as a tempo deck but you’re not a tempo deck in main, you can be a combo OTK deck but you’re not a combo deck in main
That’s why I like playing Miracle Rogue, the deck has flexible win conditions and gameplay style, and the main reason why is hard to master is because misplays punishes you hard

What misplays though? It loses hard to paladin and mage. It doesnt fare well against any board and without Blackjack and a secret loaded you have NO removal. Zero. Big threats often stay alive. Then what? If you have to use that Dragon for 8 healing you've lost big time. You cant just sit there and collect cards hoping your opponent does nothing for 7 turns. Not in standard. Lets not overstate "skill" in this game either. C'mon. Hearthstone? Skill? Not really. Be realistic here.

Maybe check out some of the grandmasters miracle rogue decks and see how they play them? Doesn't look THAT bad

Obviously, you're playing it wrong.
You can give advice on RnG lol man are you the future

Unlike Hunter, Mage and Paladin, Miracle asks from you more than vomiting your hand on tempo.

Both Rogue and Paladin are disgustingly Op right now, stop talking non-sense.

I mean pros use it in grandmasters and consistently pop off with it. So. Yeah. It's not the deck. It's you.
Its a strong deck but also quite hard to master! Take ur time, be patience, watch some streams etc etc..
