Trying to use this card but 80%, 4 in each 5 times, the card give me the unplayable 5/4 mummy reducing the cost of opponent cards, this is a bug, hidden nerf or something like that? I can understand unlucky but 80% is way too high with so many possible outcomes.

5 game sample size and no screen shots. Just chill, it won't happen again.
List your next 5 outcomes as well. No matter what minions you get, you will not be able to guess it, and the chance of getting that exact chain will be extremely low.
The beauty of hsreplay is that they might even be able to list thousands of outcomes if you ask nicely. That is, if you guys actually believe there is something fishy going on beyond expected variance and want to prove it, and not just want to blame your losses on "rigged" rng.
One thing that's tricky to grasp is that while any particular unlikely case isn't that common, there are two things at work. First, there are lots of players playing the game. Second, the chances of something noteworthy happening are more common than they appear.
It might seem like this is (1/15)^4 * (14/15) = 1/54241, which is indeed unlikely.
But the time before this run of 4 out of 5 of this particular minion was probably something else you didn't remember (so really 4 in 6, or maybe even 4 in 7, 4 in 8, etc). Next, you might also have noticed if it was some other minion you got in that 4 in 5 stretch, and that turns one of those 1/15s into a 1/1.
A four-out-of-six with any particular Reborn minion would be (15/15) * (1/15)^3 * (14/15)^2 = 1/3874. Don't get me wrong, that's not super likely, but it's a big difference. Add in the numerous folks playing the cat, add in any other sequences of five or six minions pulled from it that are strange or noteworthy, and odds are, every week or so someone notices something funny in their Pharaoh Cat pulls.

This. Short-term variance happens. I played poker professionally for just under 10 years, and it's unbelievable mathematically speaking the things you see in card games if you play them long enough.
Also, if the math above is correct (1/54241), you cribbage fans might know that the odds of getting a 29 hand is 1/216,580. I got a 29 when I was in University (16 years ago now). I wished I posted on forums back then. THAT would have been thread worthy.

Not Just you...this is the rigged way that HS can see to offer value through the rounds and keeping in 50/53% odd to both of you. This happens a lot with me, I fixed that using only one Cat. Find an 1 mana minion more reliable to sub for 1 cat
TBH, though I love the deck it's early tempo isn't always great. the 5/4 mummy is usually an excellent draw. Every game I've played him turn 3 so far I've won... so I think he's actually under rated... Usually I trade with him ASAP.
Also I haven't gotten him any more than normal, but when I do get him I usually play him right away. There may be a DH deck that I wouldn't play him against... like early aggro demon hunter with a lot of minions. But if it's clear they don't have a lot of cheap minions then I usually play him. DH emptying their hand and doing their damage that they were going to do any way "earlier" doesn't amount to much as they still need the refil anyway, them running short on cards and doing the damage "early" doesn't actually effect Rogue game plan much.

No way, the drawback is insanely bad.
One turn earlier shaman big swings, faster druid ramp, DH and rogue drawning the entire deck, etc... a 5/4 reborn for 3 manas is no pay off for so drastic opponent advantages.
The only card worse than this crap is Millhouse and not for a large margin, when I get him I try to mitigate the downsides with lackeys giving rush or transform, otherwise is a dead card stuck in your hand forever.

Buy Uters bundle, that should fix your rng.
Wow haven't experienced that thou o__O
I guess you just rolled a snake eye yatzy in one roll there. I haven't heard of any change like that at least... Really stinks
Generous Mummy only exists for meme combo decks when you give it to your opponent somehow.
Clearly your true calling is memery.
It has been foretold.

same here. i'm tempted to take that card from my deck. few times i tried to play it i got solo'd by a questing or an edwin on the subsequent turn
I just checked, and any change to the card seems very unlikely, the winrates have been remarkably stable:

Belongs in the salt thread but I guess OP feels this deserves some sort of special attention.
I just share a bad streak of outcomes and ask around, bugs in games like this happens sometimes you know? Don't need to reply so harsh.
Yes, the outcomes of the cursed card already reduces for reasonable levels, it was just unlucky.

Nah you're totally right, it's a targetted bug at you and only you to get bad RNG 80% of the time. My bad bro, carry on.

I tried J Alexanders Tricks deck this morning and got the 4 mana 3/2 reborn mummy with rush.
I haven't bought anything in-game in months.
There is no conspiracy/hidden nerf.

there is no hidden nerf, card is working as intended, unfortunately RNGesus is not blessing you, but eventually he will, don’t worry
