But Valeera don't have nothing of this, should cost 7 manas like druid or a least 8 manas like the broken as hell priest.

You're kidding right? You must be insane. You give rogue 2 or 3 extra mana from your 7 to 8 cost Valeera and they will reck you hard. Practically every relevant spell rogue plays is 1 or 2 mana.
Valeera at anything but 9 Mana would be extremely broken with any kind of board, 9 Mana is a great spot as you can't abuse the hero power two turns in a row to do something sick.
As it is now you almost need it to be in a control-ish deck for it to be good and even at 10 it does not allows you to do anything else that turn.
But, at 8? With anything on board you can go Double Cold Blood + Prep into Eviscerate for 12 Damage + any damage your minions have, AND you have stealth for some safety to do even more damage next turn or double Sap something.
At 7 things go even more crazy and I am sure there are a ton of combos you could do if Valeera wasn't 9 mana.
I see your point when comparing it to other cards but the reality is that you can't because Valeera is very very different from those you have mentioned.

Malfurion DK go in any druid deck except for hiper-aggro ones and no one have problem he cost only 7 manas.
Priest DK erradicate a Big Board from Battlecry and don't need to spend cards to deal with small minions after that and cost only 8 manas.
Don't be targeted for only 1 turn really is that great to need cost more than both? Like I said, only after you use the hero power card 4 times (Sprint) the DK start to pay of and if you can play the card, many, many times was a dead card because the game don't reach turn 9.
I really don't see why need to cost 9 manas when other costing less do more and the others costing the same or 10 manas win the game alone.

Rogues dk ability is the most dangerous of them all.........and after a couple torment season of raza priest, that is saying something. I know the first response will be priest or warlock, but I seen rogues wipe the floor with both. That is with not a strong deck out there, imagine how dangerous it would be if it is built around a great one.
I played a Super greedy warlock deck, with NZOTH and cubes and everything else and a rogue deck outlasted every card being played. and still creamed me. I remember seeing the dk when it first was introduce, was the only one I truely feared how OP it can become.
She's fine. Much like DK Uther, she's just a victim of slower Rogue decks not being viable at the moment. If Mill or Miracle Rogue finds its niche any time soon, people are likely to start complaining about the card.
Because Blizzard has no idea how to design Rogue cards. They either make cards WAY too expensive, which is a big no-no for a tempo oriented class like Rogue... Or they make good cards cost 3 mana, which is again a big no-no, because half of the good Rogue cards all cost 3 mana. The 3 mana curve for Rogues is probably the clunkiest curve of all the classes.
Sooo true. 4-mana curve doesn't look much better. Probably the only class that's looking at 3 and 4-mana cards thinking which of the good ones I'll have to throw out of the window to make room for other good ones...
Valeera is insane. So OP and most people just don’t realize it. As a rogue player, I would love her to be 8 mana, but then it would be over the top and people would bitch nonstop. It’s a unique power and should not be overrated.

Dont make a fool of you. Valeera didnt saw play because the most powerfull Rougedeck was a Tempodeck which dont rely on the Value Valeera offers. Its like arguing about Uther who dont see play in Murloc Pally or Malfurion in Token Druid.
The DKs are mostly Tools for controlish playstyle, so DKs are shining brighter in classes who has good Controldecks.

I agree it should cost 8 or at least do something with the board (damage, board presence etc., maybe at lest summon the 5/1 Shade Rager with stealth?)
