The goal of this deck is to always have Kingsbane equipped and to hard mulligan for it, and/or the Cavern Shinyfinder. From there, pirates are used to add buffs to the weapon, as well as receive buffs from the weapon. By running Captain Greenskin and two Doomerang it should be possible to have the weapon equipped or in hand pretty consistently. Sonya Shadowdancer and Zola the Gorgon can be used to copy any of the minions mentioned above. and coming out as a three drop. it may be possible to get an extra patches in order to keep up early board pressure.
The win condition would be to trade face with the enemy board until your own pirates can go face uncontested, or to buff the weapon to such high attack that the board can be ignored and simply go face. Between the buccaneers, poisons, and squidfaces, the weapon can be easily buffed to 10 attack or more. This doesn't even factor in the two legendary minions or Valeera DK. The extra Leeching Poison is a dead card but life steal is the key to survival so it is a necessary evil.
Not sure how playable this is going to be but excited to give it a try.
I think that you are missing some strong weapon buffs like tinkers sharpsword oil and leeching poison. With these buffs and drawing your kingsbane your weapon will easily reach 7+ damage which is better than Luckypoo buccaneer for going face and destroying your opponent.
Noticed you do have leeching poison, but why two? Blade furry is prabably not a good choice if you only have the one weapon. 2 swashburglars are better than 1 and good activators for vile spine slayer that you should probabaly have. Zola and Sonya will most likely be too slow but for the fun factor I can see why you added them.
First of all, if you gonna play this in wild, having 2 oils is a must, or just cut the buccaneers and play on standart. As for the deck itself I really don't think the correct deck to use this is this control-ish deck you have, it's just better to boost the kingsbane as much as possible and just go face over and over so cutting 2x Luckydos, 2x Buccaneers, 1x Auctioneer (not enough spells) 2x Leeching poison, 2x Doomerang, 1x Fan of knives, the blader flurry and Valeera for something like 2x Naga Corsairs, 2x Vilespines, 1x Spellbreaker (For general removal and silencing taunts to smorc more), 1x Edwin, 2x Scalebanes, Keleseth, 2x Bonemare and them something like swash, flappy bird or SI agent and play a more tempo oriented/ aggro smorc deck will be better. I also think the squid face is a bit slow as it's a deathrattle so cutting 1 for something like a Deckhand or the second SI is just better. Finally I don't really like the Freebooter a lot so I'll probably cut them for other tempo oriented cards that don't need a weapon active to get value.
The leeching poison is mandatory for keeping you alive while you clear the board. Running two copies makes it more consistent to draw. The two legendary minions are possibly too slow, but I think Zola is slower than Sonya. On turn 3 you could play Sonya, trade in your whole board, and have 1 mana tokens to either keep powering up your weapon or to act as combo cards for the Elven Minstrel. If I needed to, I could probably swap out Zola for another swashburgler or a cold light oracle.

But with a huge weapon you're not supposed to try to stay alive, you want to maximize the damage, just like oil rogue in wild, that deck has no healing but it still works dencently enough because of the high burst potential it has, the better way to go is to clear taunts and then punch face and the way to saty healthy is by getting board control with your minions and Tempo rogue is amazing at doing that, if you try to control with your weapon and heal and clear with flurry you're playing a greddy deck that's not greedy enough and will get stomped by other greedy control decks cause rogue doesn't make goo greedy control decks. Also Leeching poison is your only 2 drop in the entire deck, I much cut that card, slap a Keleseth in and play for the tempo game and burst with the weapon.
I also took the buccaneers out, I put them in by accident because I forgot they rotated. I still like the flavor of controlling the board with a super OP weapon so I kept the doomerang and leech poisons. But I removed the x2 captains, x2 wild buccanears, 1x auctioneer, and x1 phantom in favor of more card draw, a shadow step and Naga corsairs.

The Cavern Shinyfinder is a two drop and can't be cut from the deck. It is very important to be able to reliably redraw your broken kings bane.

1) This isn't oil rogue. It plays a longer game and the weapon gets more and more deadly each time you draw it. Sustain allows you to play a long game and get the most out of the weapon.
2) This isn't tempo rogue. It doesn't get stomped by other greedy decks because it's win condition is burst not minion pressure.
3) Keleseth does absolutely nothing whatsoever for this weapon based deck. It plays pirates to cheese out wins early and also buff kingsbane. With kingsbane being the focus, there are much more impactful 2 drops than keleseth. Cavern Shinyfinder being the most necessary.
To the OP: try using the new 4 mana draw two minions card. It should help thin your deck and get to as many pirates as quickly as possible. I'd also consider adding in eviscerates for the extra bit of reach as well as board control. Valeera and Zola seem a bit too greedy to me as well.

And the deck is bad, I'm trying to make it better and viable, good luck trying to burst out the weapon when you get blocked by a taunt, why wouldn't you just try to buff your minions, play the tempo game and actually win? Here you just burst with the weapon and not with leeroy and coldbloods.

Thanks for the advice, I made some changes.
