If you want to use Sherazin consistently and well, you have too many expensive cards. IMO, it is better to get a whole crap ton of flowers resurrected than a single Cairne Bloodhoof and other miscellaneous deathrattles. If you plan on using Sherazin, then I would focus more on some cheaper cards.
Here's my own personal N'Zoth, the Corruptor/Sherazin, Corpse Flower deck (please notice it is more a tempo deck, this is on purpose to demonstrate my point about cheaper cards with Sherazin):
This is just another take on the deathrattle deck, but I would recommend either not using Sherazin or including cards that are easier to combo with its effect. I win just as often with tempo/face damage than I do with N'Zoth, and the flexible game plan is kinda nice.
I think a straight control rogue deck would be very difficult to pull off, because of the extremely limited survival mechanics, just to add my 2 cents to the discussion.
Also, regarding Gadgetzan Auctioneer, it's more of a preference choice for card draw over Sprint than anything. I personally prefer Sprint, but it's totally up to the deckbuilder.

Very well! Thanks for the constructive advice! What do you think about my deck without sherazin then? What would you use instead of that in that particular deck?
Hmm, good question. It seems like there are a couple of good choices. You could slot in a Deadly Poison for some early board control, or maybe a Hallucination for some extra options. A particularly interesting choice would be a Shadowcaster; if you can get Cairne or N'Zoth to survive a turn, it's amazing against control decks. Of course, you can also toss in a tech card like Gluttonous Ooze if you feel you need it. Dirty Rat seems like another decent choice, especially with the two Vilespine Slayers.
If you're going the flower-less route, you might also consider taking out Xaril, Poisoned Mind if you find yourself wanting another slot for one of the afore mentioned cards. It's a pretty weak body to play turn 4, especially in this aggressive meta, and without your card-eating flower the potions have a little less utility. If you like the potions (like I do :P), don't feel bad about leaving it in if you don't need the slot for something else.

Very good advice bro. If you happen to try out the deck with the suggested inclusions let me know how you did with it. Thanks again! Ill be taking it out for a spin with some of your suggestions.
No problem. :) Haha unfortunately I don't own Shaku, Cairne, or Elise, so if I try the deck it'll be slightly different from what you have, but I definitely will post what I find out about the other parts of the deck for sure.
I like your deck a lot and I agree on all points. Agent is fine I believe. Hmm..will try it. That was why I initially had envenom weapon as it's the only thing that uses the hero power in a controlish type of way.

I understand and I actually suggest crafting Elise if you can, you will not regret it! Will be waiting on your feedback. :)
