I've been using this one as a template and it's been going pretty well. I haven't played much this season but it's well over 50% win rate from 16 to 8.
Honestly, the Eloise miracle deck that Nuldaan posted is probably the best to start with, but I made a few modifications that seem to work particularly well:
Elise the Trailblazer gives you another spell, a decent mid-game threat, and a way to refill your hand at the end of the game, which is particularly handy against control decks. Plus Un'Goro Pack is really fun!
I guess you can achieve success with any variant. It can be up to your personal preference which one eventually is your favourite.
My only real suggestion would be to add Journey Below as one or even two -of (instead of one Hallucination. It's a great 1 mana spell used for cycle, getting minion for early game and/or, most importantly, to get you second Sherazin, Corpse Flower. Two Sherazins will give you enormous advantage against any midrange/control deck. At least one Journey Below is mandatory in nowadays miracle/garden rogue IMO.
Why we dont see "Xaril, Poisoned Mind" in miracle decks anymore? Also and "Shaku, The Collector"? I would like to se both of them Legendaries with the other two - Edwin VanCleef and Sharazin, Corpse Flower. That would be really cool. :)

hes too slow imo. shaku and sherazin provide a lot more value than xaril.
What would you take off if you had those Vile plants?
i would ditch the pirates. ive seen too many crabs lately where it gives your opponent a ton of tempo and makes it hard for you to efficiently deal with a 2 drop. the 2 mana 2/2 that gives you a razorpetal is also quite good.

I really tried to make the deck work with Shaku and Xaril, but in my experience they're both too slow. Between the two I would take Xaril over Shaku as the toxins are typically more useful than a stealthed under city huckster.
for ladder I started with my own variant similar to Eloise, but originally used Xaril and Shaku in place of mimic pod and one FOK. Since then I've cut both of them and added the original cards back in. I recently removed a coin and added an eater of secrets since I faced an unreasonable amount of freeze mages; makes surprise leathal so satisfying
How did you find one vilespine? It's a really good card but I can understand it being a bit clunky with the combo requirement. Doesn't really feel like a 5 drop. On the other hand you do run double shadow step which synergizes well with vilespine.
What do you think of Hallucination? I feel like this card has won me so many games that I can't not run it. It is negative tempo though, so maybe it doesn't fit your list. It is very solid auctioneer fuel, as well as good for waking Sherizan and boosting questings/van cleef.

I made a few changes (see below) based on my play style but would highly suggest the deck as listed in the link:
- Patches the Pirate
- Cold Blood
- 1 Hallucination
+2 Loot Hoarder
+1 SI:7 Agent

I have been running this and damn is it fun. I am missing a couple pinks like the Vile plant that combos to kill a minion.

I would totally run Xaril if I had him. Same with Shaku.
Yeah already run two Lashers. Your right I don't have crab or Crawler myself or I could subsitute for those.
