After playing around with quest rogue, I got tired of it as almost everyone and their mother is now playing that deck as if brainless sheep following the herd to be slaughtered.
I've started playing with razorpetal lasher, razorpetal volley, vilespine slayer, biteweed, mimic pod and holy sheeeeet so much fun.
The amount of combos you can generate, as well as draw with auctioneer is SOOOOO much fun.
With the razorpetals, it's almost as if I can continuously pull combos on curve . I still have yet to test with questing adventurer, but I believe it will be pretty strong.
I still have also yet to test the legendary, but I am probably going to craft a golden one just because I love rogue so much. Also still testing a lot of variations to find the ideal list.
Just want to say good job team 5. I was a little worried with rogue's direction in the past few expansions, but this more then makes up for it.
I agree. I've been playing "Burgle" Rogue, and Hallucination is so much better than Burgle. It's more for fun than anything else, but I've had a fairly decent win-rate with it, too (granted that's only at the lower ranks, but still better than expected).
Maybe it should be called "Hallucination" Rogue from now on.
Quest rogue is getting stomped right now by any agro deck, zoolock, quest warrior, highlander/quest priest.
It's not broken, it gives up the board the first 3-4 turns and gets wrecked by any other fast decks.
I'm 10-0 with a discard zoolock non quest against it. Even my opponent that managed a T5 prep into quest and had both tusks in hand was already too far behind to recover.
However, the rogue deck punishes jade decks outright and we need more of that.
I am playing a Miracle type deck with Razor Petals as well! I am having some success with it but I only have on Prep LOL so I need to craft the second. Otherwise you can achieve good reach (20 dmg with shadowstep leeroy cold blood X2). Also using Vicious Fledgling and if you drop it on turn 3 and it cannot be answered you can get a quick win while using minimal resources.
I used to run double Master of Disguise instead of Vilespine and Shadowstep but found it to be too slow. play around though. Nothing worse then your 12/12 Van cleef getting sapped/Executed etc.
Would also maybe like to add Xaril and a second Prep.
I know, people are crazy for playing a card that's a little over 24 hours old.
The nerve.
hurr hurr playing cards 24 hours old hurr hurr. Just stop talking, its clear to everyone that quest rogue is more if not equally as aggressive as pirate warrior.
All of you do know that it doesn't make you any better of a person because you refuse to play quest rogu. The card been out 24 hours..not sure why you so called rogue players feel ashamed to use or play it. I'll play whatever the Hell I want and be happy. I'm just glad at the moment rogue has some variety..I don't regret playing quest rogue one bit and I'll stay BM'ng mofos as they choose to concede...Your loss...The pleasure is mine!!

Are you butt hurt or something? I mean you really expect cards in a new year to not be played?
And no I am not talking about the "quest rogue"

Thank you for trying something other than quest rogue. We will need other solid decks when it gets nerfed to 6 minions with the same name.
I opened all the petal cards but havent tried it yet. Do you have a list?
if you liked this you should try quest mage it insane what combos you could pull off in a single turn
Come play Make the Keyword! It's a fun game and we need some new blood.
Check out Hearthcards.net if you wanna try to make your own cards. (They're not sponsoring me, but I want them too)

Quest rogue
new cancer
new meta
rogue stone
Where are those guys whining about new rouge being bad.
How is Quest Rogue not broken? There is literally nothing you can do to stop it and then they just kill you on turn 6-7.
