So in every expansion, Rogue gets the least amount of spells (usually just 2). That's because blizzard knows that Rogue uses a lot of spells (more than any other class) and they don't want to support that. But in this expansion, we got FOUR new spells AND A WEAPON?! wow! that's history right there. I don't even care if they suck, I'm just so happy to see this. For more information about this, check this thread that I made before Gadgetzan:
well the 2 mana spell basically reads "4 mana card: deal 2 damage" so i wouldn't get excited for that one, and the weapon is kinda slowish and doesn't work when you queue against a rogue, other than that the other cards are good/decent.
Azure Drake rotating out will significantly hurt Miracle in Standard. Not much people realize how this sole card is overused in Rogue (and other classes) for over 3 years, but it's quite a nerf they've dropped onto cycling mechanics for draw-heavy decks oriented.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Prep and Sprint coming back together as the draw engine for the tempoish aspect of what Rogue might turn into. The quest + tools they have this expansion makes up for a quite strong and snowbally Midrange Rogue.

or cycle three cards with gadgetzan auctioneer of one card. It's quite idealistic, but this cards has some huge synergy with the infamous draw engine.

They may not be useful individually but having something low cost that is generated from another card (not losing too much card advantage, 3 cards for 1) is great for combos and reviving the new rogue legendary... I will certainly be trying it out
Has it been confined they are 1 cost and not 0 cost like moon fire?
Sadly, yes.
Saying that this card is a "4 mana: deal 2 damage" is grossly oversimplifying btw. The value of it being 3 different spells being cast is super important.

Adapt will give plenty of 0 cost spells for your edwin
The flower spells are good for wild miracle/maly, other than that kinda useless unless spell powered. Hallucination is great on the other hand.

Like I said, I don't care if the cards are good or bad, I'm just glad they did this.
