Unlike other decks, when I'm playing against miracle rogue there's almost never a close game. Either the rogue has everything and is blowing me out, or they sit there redaggering for 4 turns then conceding.
One game they're playing a turn 1 6/6 which literally cannot be answered, the next they're playing a bare leeroy out desperation. Granted every deck type has good and bad games, but miracle rogue seems to take it to the extreme
Miracle Rogue is not as good as most people think (I am looking at you Tempo Storm "experts"). It is a very draw dependent deck if you don't get what you need when you need, you lose straight away. It is as simple as that.
It's a YOLO Burst deck, but if you can pilot it well, its fairly consistent. There are still hands where you have nothing but coins and preps; all decks have bad opening hands, but Miracle is slightly more susceptible to it.
That is what makes fun. It's potential is higher than any other deck, it's consistency suffers because of this. Sometimes it curves out, sometimes you are slinilging spells with a questing, other times you get rekt because you drew 2 cold bloods and 2 conceals in your opener. It is balanced because of this. Good players can be almost unstoppable though. Very hard to play in certain situations. 1 card one turn too soon or late can literally win or lose the game.
Miracle Rogue is one of those decks that beats everything if it gets a good hand, but loses to itself if it doesn't... We're actually lucky that it's not consistent, because if it was it would rule all other decks by now. :)
My experience with miracle rogue this season is that I have made it to rank 5, 3 times so far this season. I have lost down to rank 8 also 3 times this season. I haven't won a single game while I was rank 5. I think this deck is inconsistent. Tried to tech this most precious time reaching rank 5, currently back at rank 8.

That almost my exact experience. I think a lot of it depends on which version you're running though. I've found that changing a couple of cards when getting to rank 10 worked a little better for me, etc. What version are you running at 5?

This is exactly the case with rogue.
Moreso the reno mage matchup is a nightmare, because freezing effects such as Frost Nova and Blizzard and Ice Block Into Reno Wreck this deck very hard. It's either you successfuly went all-in and mage didn't get reno or you loose.
The consistancy is far worse than with Reno Mage/ Freeze Mage/ Renolock and most of midrange decks. Sitting on a dead hand with bunch of usless spells is a common situation.
The deck is good from perspective of very clear and clean win condition (relying on auctioneer draws, Cycling, Growing Cleef or Adventurers, burst with Leeroy & Coldbloods)
But the clear win condition has nothing to do with reliability. If your all-in strategy didn't pay off you praying for drawing auctioneer in next 2-3 turns maximum. Otherwise it is auto-loss.
I do why so many retard complain rogue in this forum. Atlesst 5 rogue cancer threads every day. With ask Nerf, salt etc.
rogue same as Reno deck. Need perfect hand to closed the games.
can beat any deck but will also loses vs any deck. Even the tier 100 or basic deck can beat you when you terrible hand. Shaman, warrior is fsr consistence, you draw terrible, but stil can beat the basic deck.

Forgot about this thread, I ended up switching to a version with shaku and climbed near rank 1. Then I lost my way all the way back down to rank 7. Now I'm using tempostorm current list and have worked back to 5. :(:(
It is accurate that miracle rogue can be in consistent. I played a match and got an amazing board (attached below). However, sometimes I get extremely unlucky and never get anything that I need. It can be a powerful deck, but it is also risky to use. Hence the name, Miracle Rogue.
Also Miracle feels inconsistant because it's meta dependant. Lately Pirate warrior and braindead Shaman (whichever aggro/midrange version) are back on the ladder, which is not good for the miracle genre.
imo miracle with S7 has a decent winrate against both.

Similar here. I've included Shaku, the Collector, for some fun. But it's either a clear victory for me, or a grueling ordeal...
As for OP - yep, it's inconsistent as hell. Although I must admit I did come back from tricky situations (like Patches in starting hand, whom I've used as an SI:7 Agent activator, which didn't turn out that bad). Sometimes you get lucky (Thalnos + Prep + Fan on turn 2 vs Pirate Warrior xD), sometimes you simply get decent draw (which often is enough to secure victory), sometimes you Prep Coin and die inside a little. All of HS good and bad sides in one deck :P

I genuinely can't tell if you're trolling... I think you are but you may not be. So I'm going to say it: you know that deck is nothing like miracle rogue, right?

As a priest player, miracle rogue is the most consistently annoying deck in the game.

Miracle rogue is incredibly good in the tournament meta and still really good on ladder. Got Legend 10-100 ranks 2 seasons in a row so far.
Edit: There's several techs aimed towards going 50/50 or even better with pirate and aggro decks while Reno decks should lose straight up.
