Honestly Justicar is Rogue is very bad and if you are running it simply to make the Flurry better, I think you are actually better off running....dare I say...Poisoned Blade

Yeah you know a card is bad when it makes you consider using Poisoned Blade to make it better. But I think Justicar is still a better option. You wouldn't want to use a Blade Flurry on a buffed Poisoned Blade after you spent so much mana on it, it would be a huge waste. You'd also at least want to wait after you use a charge or two. With a hero power you have much more flexibility.
I guess this is what I'm thinking. If you think that a 2/2 dagger in the upcoming Standard meta is significantly better than a 1/2 later in the game, then Justicar is a good idea, but I just can't see that happening. If you want Justicar for a little extra damage on Flurry and a little extra damage over the course of the game, I just can't see the cost of Justicar being worth it. With Poisoned Blade, you can at least trade in to a minion or two over the course of a couple turns before using Flurry. As another option you can always start running Assassin's Blade or Perdition's Blade. I think both those weapons are a better option for what you are trying to do.
Honestly a much better idea is to just run Sir Finley with Poisoned Blade. Poisoned Blade is pretty decent so long as you don't have the Rogue or Warlock hero power, especially if instead you have Armor Up!, Steady Shot, or Shapeshift.
Basically Justicar can be very good in Warrior, Priest and sometimes Paladin. After that it's either "just ok" or bad.
The extra 2 damage per weapon can help. I mean it almost makes your hero power into "2 mana equip a fiery war axe". Might be extremely powerful in a slow and grindy rogue deck that uses Anub'arak.

I'm here to kick ass and play cards, and I'm all out of ass.
Rogue don't have any value sustain, if you heal, you are bound to lose value. Which defeat the point of control. Rogue should be tempo, well Tempo was rogue's signature. Until this monstrosity nerf hit.
I'm going to assume (in my opinion) every "slow" card in the game is going to get better. With the removal of all those hardcore early game tempo cards and aggro cards, bigger and slower cards become more powerful. So cards like Justicar in rogue, depending on how slow the meta gets, might actually be decent.

If the meta is slow enough to pull off that combo, then it's much better to include Assassin's Blade for it. You get more swings and higher attack with one card and more damage for your 1 Blade Flurry.

or why dont we give up on our weapon buffs and start using finley ???
Cause other classes have better interactions with their hero powers. The only one that might be better in a slow Rogue is Fireblast since it's essentially x3 better than our daggers in the mid-late game (bypass taunts, save face damage, more flexible ping and you have the mana to spare each turn).

A bit more defensive and I dont think that 1 armor makes such a big difference compared to our own daggers. Also, Druid has big taunt minions to protect himself late in the game (which is also why Justicar might just make it into Ramp Druid)

Justicar only gives +1 attack, from 1/2 to 2/2.
That's why I said ALMOST. learn to read.

So now that Blade Flurry cost 4 mana it's going to very hard to get any value out of it. I think Justicar Trueheart will actually see play in Rogue decks running Blade Flurry. Poisoned Daggers hero power makes Blade Flurry basically Consecration. (But even Consecration hits face ... -_-) Thoughts?
Justicar Trueheart in Rogue?

FoK and Dark Iron Skulker are fine and better that this flurry will ever be. Gotta be more greedy with those fans and combo with spell power.

why spend 6 mana to buff your dagger by 1 when there are so many other options that do the same for less mana and also combo well?
