Having fiddled around a fair bit with dragonpriest for shits'n'giggles, and played a few decks with far more dragons in it than this... I can tell you right of the bat that twilight whelp is going to be extremely undependable. I found zombie chows to be superior.

That could be true, but we still have 4x 4-drops on the deck now as well as 2 other 7+ dragons, that we might want to held onto in the mulligan phase because of Wyrmrest Agent, so its nice to test it out.
if they end up sucking we can always go back to Chows!

True true. I'm psyched about dragonpriest after TGT myself, as I truly enjoy playing it now... even if it isn't very good.
Maybe one of the Bane sisters can replace the Dark Cultist?
The problem with using one of the Bane sister's is then they take away the buff cards that would be used on the dragonkin sorcerer. I would also pull out the technicians and put in the 2 dragon's that give taunt while holding a dragon. This will increase the chances of buffing the welps and there is less conditional things in the deck

But those dragons have been there since the beginning!! DDD: Twilight Guardian

Oops sorry just noticed you already have the Twilight guardian in there. I still think the Bane will be fighting the dragonkin for buffs tho.
It looks promising, but one minion seems not to be fitting: Confessor Palatress
Against Aggro you dont need a high mana winning condition (which the confessor is).
Against Midrange and Control you have Ysera as your winning condition and the Confessor will probably only get one activation. If you get e.g. one of the 2 mana legendaries it is no winning condition at all, but a wasted spot. I would try to use something else in this spot. Since you run two Deaths, Sylvanas could be fitting int this spot, or even a mind control.
Confessor says: "Spend nine mana, get a 5/4 and a random legendary"
Mind Control says: "Spend 10 Mana, destroy an enemy Legendary and Summon a Legendary which is actually played"
But besides this, good work. Would love to match it with my take on Priest (see signature).
Confessor is a win condition that if not responded, you automatically win the game (just like Ysera), but differently than Ysera it can be throw when under pressure on turn 7 just to try and make some trades.
I like having 2x "Yseras" on the deck (palestress being the second) and think its probably the strongest late-game legendary in the game (yes, I went that farm) therefore I want to test it in my deck ahahahaha
idk for Twilight Whelps over Zombie Chow, but i'll edit this deck with: -1 Blackwing Technichan -1 Dark Cultist
+1 Lightbomb +1 Cabal Shadowpriest
The 3 drops in this deck are way too much in my opinion, yeah you don't use SW:D often, but a Lightbomb is demanding and i think that the Technichan is not too useful since the new agent is much more valuable for the class. Cabal is pretty good in its place, hope i help you :)
Maybe you can remove holy nova cause you have good early game presence and Chillmaw and lightbomb as well for later.. Also maybe you can replace the Shadow word pain for the other Bane sister!
I have found out that usually The Northshire cleric doesn't get much value if I don't run the Circle of healing but I guess you cannot remove that card from priest decks in general.. Probably in this deck with the good tempo early game minions it will get value so...
Justicar needs testing to see if it is good in the Priest dragon deck or a Chromagus would be better for drawing cards and dragon stuff :)
As someone mentioned before me 2 Cabal is probably better than one
Do I even need to say more? <3
Just love :D

Justicar Truehart looks kind of out of line.
I bring life and pffffffffffffff!
its strongest sinergy is with Priest if you look at it better.
Healing any minion for 4 is simply too game breaking for this card not to be considered broken with the class.

OH SHIT, A LIGHTBOMB! ty sir, I totally forgot....

Removed Nefarian for a Lightbomb, I believe 8 dragons is still a nice number, might have to rethink it after playtesting tho!

Went with the Divine Shield one, I dislike the RNG implied with the other and the fact it gets bigger (buffs) means it can do awesome trades for free.

Looks good. I haven't made up my mind which sister is better. Fjola Lightbane indeed seems like the logical choice because the effect isn't random.

I don't think the deck has enough buffs for Fjola Lightbane and i really just don't like Dragonkin Sorcerer. Cabal Shadow Priest is WAY to good for you to not run 2 of it and I think Confessor Paletress isn't great on her own. She kind of needs her own deck to make use of Inspire synergy cards like Fencing Coach. I don't think Twilight Whelp is better than Zombie Chow.

Blackwing tech usually works ok with cleric. With synergy it is very sticky for a 3-drop.
It depends I guess, with cleric and no circle you need to convert hero healing to damage / tempo - which is harder than it sounds.
