I see no problem at all with priest. It's actually much more fun to play against than the infinite value rogue or mage. And it's so funny how everyone in this thread is conceding when facing priest, while in real live when i play priest, the opponent conceded before losing maybe twice in last 5 years. So i call bullshit. 

Roping priests is funnier than conceding against them. You can't rope face decks even if you dislike them, as their game is 6 turns long at most. But a respriest getting roped each of the 20 turns he plays is usually unhappy.

Also I play priest most of the time and I rarely have an auto-concede match so pleeease stop all this BS. You have to accept all styles of play available in the game. RESPECT other player's choices. AGAIN if you don't like to face priest then CONCEDE and MOVE ON it's as simple as that and stop the useless rant because Res Priest is not OP. You don't like 30 mins matches? CONCEDE and MOVE ON. Priest is only 3.5% of the meta.

I enjoy play against the Galakrond priest, but i agree the Ressurect priest is awful to play against, one of the worst experiences ever.

3/4 decks you meet on ladder is Demon Hunter, artificial class with no identity, no interesting abilities, designed only to punch face hardest and fastest or Rogue, about 1/4 is all 8 others, yet somehow Priest is a problem.

I have about a 50/50 winrate, but EVERY game is 30 minutes long, and so so stupid. 

I got him down to 3 HP at about turn 8. Then turn 9 He mass resurrects 3 Kartut Defenders and, as you all can imagine, I did about 100 damage to his face, and minions. 

This entire mechanic is not fun. having a wall of taunts that instantly kill any minion, and heal face, lead to extremely long, frustrating games that ultimately are not about skill, they are about trying to manage my resources for a 60 minute epic. 

I'm playing pure paladin, and without at least 1 silence I can not enjoy this match up at all. 

 

 "Class identity"

I love playing vs priest. I'm 12-1 with my rogue against them. So please more priest less anything else. 

I play thief galakrond priest, and I don't take any of the cards (resurrection, infiltrator) which folks don't like. It does well in the match up vs res priest, as I can often steal their tools. I really enjoy playing the priest mirror matches, as they can become quite tactical, and sometimes a bit wacky. It's pretty fun for me, as I like stealing my opponents cards, and using their decks against them. 

I find I can overcome demon hunter, unless I have a horrible starting hand (I'm 4-3 against DH at gold 5). I find spell mage is hard to play against, and galakond rogue is a bit of a nightmare.

The other classes are pretty rare to play against for me.
