I know, I know, wait for the whole set to be released before posting decks... pshh. BUT, one card can really change a deck or even a meta. I'm not saying that Surrender to Madness is that card, but holy cow the high roll on it is bonkers. Even just one or two more support cards for it from this set and you'll be seeing a bunch of agro.. priest O.o in the next meta.
An early brainstorming of ZooPriest with only the reveal of Surrender to Madness. This card is a game changer imo. With only 4 months or so to enjoy Shadow Visions there will be limited time for this deck to be at its full potential.
Use LOTS of card draw minions combo'd with minions you can cheat out for free. This will help offset your mana getting tanked from casting Surrender to Madness. With 5 cost cards being the highest in the deck It should all be pretty playable, even after sac'ing 3 crystals from Surrender to Madness
Constructive comments only please. Lets leave the trolls in the new expansion and not in our forums.
I love to see new archeotypes, but I think this card is unplayable right now. Unless you are already ahead, there is no way you can play this without losing. We are not talking about overload, losing three mana crystals is devastating imho.
Is there a reason why you are running Power Word: Replicate and Holy Nova? Both cards are pretty slow and go against the idea that you want to be fast, not to mention that PW Replicate has negative synergy with Surrender to Madness. I'd cut both of those and add either some other "late game" bomb like Cobalt Scalebane or cards to help patch up the early game such as Dire Mole since any 1 drop into Shadow Ascendant is pretty crazy. You could also try putting in Mind Blast so you can get 5 damage burst for 4 mana with Shadow Visions or just naturally draw them to help close out the game.
There's also the whole issue that Surrender to Madness requires a really low curve in order for it to ever be good, but I'm just going to assume the curve is fine for the most part as that isn't an issue with the deck and instead the card itself.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
Idk, the elemental package seems a little to expensive to be running alongside Surrender to Madness. I'd add the Deathrattle package (Loot Hoarder, Dead Ringer, Harvest Golem).
Trying to use Surrender to madness to give deck more punch. If you are facing aggro feel free to toss quest and look for Wild Pyromancer package instead.
Mojomaster Zihi after you play Surrender to Madness on turn 9? Maybe you go for some control then just try to out value your opponent later in the game? I think Surrender to Madness is crap, but I'm curious about how it'll play out.
I feel the only reason priest got the token generator was because of surrender to madness. Wouldnt you want to take more of a token route, go wide with 0 cost spells and buffs? Then steam roll by 7?
Maybe zoo is not the best way to work with Surrender to Madness. How about putting it on some midrange/quest priest deck together with Mojomaster Zihi. That is more or less a way to negate the setback of loosing your mana. I will atleast think of including these somehow to quest priest or some other minion based midrange like dragon priest. Also that way your game is not totally doomed if you draw either of those late. Playing Surrender to Madness on turn 8 will allow you to play Mojomaster Zihi next turn. this way you are not actually loosing mana at all, only giving your opponent initiative as he gets mana 1st until you are back in 10.

ah, sorry I missed this post before sending my similar suggestion
The problem I see with this card is its high mana cost. If you play it on a turn where you have 10 mana already then it's going to cost you 6 mana effectively because in the next two rounds when you would have had 10 mana you'll only have 8 and 9 mana respectively. And that's as good as it gets.
If you have 9 mana when you play it then your effective mana cost is 9.
If you have 8 mana when you play it then your effective mana cost is 12, etc.
I bulid two decks. First its zoo archetype and second is odd. I think they are absolute crap (in yours opinion) :p I`m waiting to test this decks, cuz its will be absolute madness. What is yours opinion?
Ps. Its my first post and first decks I think are good.

I would cut the Phantom Militia, because Echo-minions won't get the boosted stats, and replace it with Saronite Chain Gang. Also I don't think Gurubashi Chicken or Angry Chicken will work in this deck, because even as a 3/3 minions I doubt that you can ever trigger their effects and if you draw them turn 1 or 2 they are horrible cause you don't have way to boost them.
I think this should be played more as a end-game card, where you play good value minions that generate more minions, then you summon those minions with Princess Talanji and after that play Surrender to Madness into Bwomsandi, the Dead and draw bunch of 1-cost minions that allready have good stats and effects, but that have also been boosted +2/2. Here is my quest-priest deck, with Surrender to Madness:
Most of the deck is currently filler, but the idea is basically to summon Taunts which protects the Spirit of the Dead; The Taunts die and get added to your deck. When you have plenty in your deck you play Surrender to Madness (minimum turn 9), after that play Bwonsamdi, the Dead to fill your hand with 1 mana taunts with +2/+2, and the turn after that you play Princess Talanji to fill the entire board with powerful Taunts. I added Seances so you can do it multiple times. Rest of the deck is draw and removal.
Might suck, but to me it looks similar to Taunt Druid :)
Played with the card a little today. Generally the deck is similar to quest rogue. Tried Bwonsamdi/Zihi, but realised they are useless cause most of the time you will stay below 5 mana in the game.
You mulligan for Shadow Visions or STM, you want 1 off them in the opening hand, you play STM as soon as possible. Then you try to stabilise the board and gain lost tempo back. After you gained some mana back and have some tempo, play second STM etc etc, so basically you go through a couple of levels, until your 1 mana minions are of the 7/7 size.
Overall the deck is a little too slow against other more aggressive decks, it can be really challenging of gaining the tempo back. Against slower decks, it is really good just like quest rogue. There is potential in the deck, but to be more than a meme deck it needs some more support in 1 and 2 mana minion department.
I would like to try and put Surrender to Madness in my Aggro Murloc Priest deck but I'm not convinced the loss in tempo is worth it. Plus I don't have the card at the moment.

Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP
I'd just go all-in on super cheap cards, more like this (not including Shadow Visions):
This is kinda of small, but Dire Mole is actually better than Crystallizer.
If you're running Crystalizer, why not put in Dire Mole and Void Ripper and Odd Rogue it up, not sure if it'll work but it works for Odd Rogue.
If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.

Galavant Animation
Hopelessly bad. Spend 3 mana to LOSE 3 mana crystals = auto loss. No support cards can change this.
Theocrafting an Cleric Beastmaster... Propably won´t work due to getting inconsistent or lack of initial punch. Maybe it´s fun.

What if you play Surrender to Madness later in the game as a win condition?
Something like this maybe?
