The concept with this deck is to get out high value minions with drawbacks and then Silence them. Also setup for Divine Spirit/Inner Fire combo.
The heavy use of Silence should be significantly disruptive to many decks. I haven't built the deck myself, and its moderately expensive, but just looking to see if it even sounds reasonable.
Keep in mind that you won't necessarily be individually silencing all of these minions. Some you may summon and then just wait for a Mass Dispel to take care of them. Stuff like Razorleaf will probably be ignored, allowing you to set it up for later turns. If they do attack it then its still a good trade with 8 health at only 3 mana, you'll come out on top of the trade almost no matter what.
The Hydra, once Silenced can be Safely Topsyed or IFed after a Divine Spirit and is powerful even on its own.
You should easily be able to get 3 Dragons out of Dragon Soul as well, which, if you have it, can lead to not only pumping up a big IF minion, but also adding an additional summon as well.
Some of the minions you've included seem pretty low-impact considering they need to be silenced to be useful. Hoarding Dragon with a silence only gets you +1/+1 over Chillwind Yeti, which is a pretty mediocre reward for all that set-up. Venture Co. Mercenary has a similar issue, even though it's drawback can be ignored if you don't plan on playing minions with it. The deck just isn't doing anything unfair enough to justify this amount of investment.
Additionally, your only means of silencing your own minions in your deck are the two copies of Silence + whatever you might pull from Shadow Visions. Even if silencing your own cards would be valuable, you'll likely have a hard time consistently doing it each game.

Ancient Watcher at 2 mana is too good to pass up. Rattling Rascal can go.
This was a decent deck in the past....needs Purify to be viable now lol

I might be reading this part wrong, but:
Mass Dispel silences all enemy minions, not yours.
