After the nerf Raza the Chained MAY be removed, but without Reno Jackson it has no sense to run 1x instead of 2x. Imho Kazakus is not enough to justify the loss of consistency in the deck. At this point just play the burst damage Priest deck of Kripparian instead of that list.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
One of the reasons for running a highlander deck is being able to activate the most powerfull healing option in the game which is a Reno Jackson. If you really want to build a strong deck. then you should definitelly craft him. Also, Raza the Chained is still powerfull with Anduin heropower. I know that you have mentioned that you have 2200 dust only, but I would really like to suugest you crafting the Reno Jackson because it is a neutral card, and 5 classes already have a powerfull deck with him.
I don't see the point of Lady in White: by itself is a bad tempo play and its effect will activate actually only on 2-3 minions (if you can draw her before them). Personally I don't really like Psychic Scream, but I prefer Lightbomb over it (since you will not give any resources to your opponent reshuffling cards into their deck) or also an Entomb can be a good alternative to remove nasty deathrattle minions without triggering them.
Lady in white buffs 4 "big" minions (nightscale/ysera/obsidian and primordial) some small buffs to most other minions. It does have done anti synergy with the Twilight acolyte and Twilight drake.
Entomb might be a good idea to put in the deck. Lightbomb I don't have and rather not spend 400 dust on it. I'm thinking of getting rid of the Twilight acolyte and shadowpriest and than craft maybe Reno and entomb and put them in? Although I would be missing something in the 3 mana slot than.
Your deck lacks a strong wincondition. It will surelly put up a fight against aggro and midrange but you will be screwed against control and combo. So I'd suggest cutting of Lady in White, Nightscale Matriarch and Obsidian Statue for Coldlight Oracle, Entomb and some other legendary or impactfull minion. Also Psychic Scream is good in a decks with Arcibishop in it or with OTK or Highroll potential. Cutting it off for Lightbomb seems reasonable.
I understand the remarks (and concerns) of Lady in White. I also feel it is probably sub optimal. However while I'm in higher ranks I'll probably keep her until I won't climb anymore because I love the card hehe. Later I'll make adjustments similar to what you guys had suggested. If I would replace cabal Shadow priest with Reno Jackson would that be enough to climb further? And do I still need the healing potion/spirit lash?
Any ideas if I should keep Twilight acolyte in the current format? Or maybe replace with stonehil defender/tar kreeper? And any ideas if lyra should be tried in the deck? (Although I feel I have enough cards to deal damage and refresh the hero power)
Small update from my side: I have crafted reno and the 4/4 dragon with spell damage and draw a card. Reno replaced cabal shadow priest and the 4/4 dragon replaced cobalt scalebane.
I have indeed seen (as many had mentioned) that reno is a massive power card. It has already saved me in matches I wouldn't be able to win otherwise. Some of you also mentioned that psychic scream would better to be replaced. I have however noticed that (at least at my current high rank 19) that it's a great counter vs all the agro/buffs decks. (Example: shaman plays a ton of murlocs (after megafin) and buffs them with anyfin can happen). Now I play psychic scream.
They get a bunch of 1/1 murlocs in there draws and no way to redraw. Another example I encountered was palladin and putting a bunch of 1/1 dudes in his deck seems a very good strategy.
I'll keep you guys posted and ofcourse if there are any suggestions please keep me posted.
Alright I sort of caved (basically because of the major dust giving event going on and crafted raza again. Because of that I switched other parts of the deck around as well and the deck looks like this now:
Thanks for the suggestions. You are right about lyra for sure. And was already thinking what to do.
I don't have pint sized nor shadow word horror, but I do have mossy horror. I rather not craft both, but if I would take out lyra, the soulpriest+circle of healing and add cabal shadow priest + mossy and pint sized that could work imo.
I have thought about the historian, but typically I have enough value as it is and it's sometimes an issue that I have too many cards.
What about adding the inspire minion that deals damaga to both hero's?
Maybe add an Netherspite Historian? it ok against aggro and she can discover more of the broken priest dragons and doubles up as an won con against control since most dragons is high cost cards and there is Twilight guardian and chillmaw that can help against aggro and card like Chromaggus and Nefarian if you need value.
Because the historian was brought up a couple of times now I have swapped lyra for the historian. It works ok, but I'm currently running into a room ro either hyper agro decks (which I can beat but need to draw lucky) and a lott of jade druids which I can't seem to beat even though I can bring them to low hp (sometimes 1). I'm thinking of adding skulking geist just for this reason.
What are your thoughts on that and where could I place it? And what about my earlier option to craft pint sized potion and just it in combination with mossy horror? Thanks for the help so far!

Well as the title basically says would that be possible to run. I basically only have razakus now that benefits from the "unique" aspect.
I just started using the below list (it might be horrible but just started in wild so at r22).
My final goal would be something around r10-5.
If I would need additions/changes which would be most needed? I would (as a maximum) spend 2k dust. But rather less/nothing because i'm f2p.
Would be great to hear your thoughts/advices!

Alright so Reno is a must. how good (or bad) would the deck be with just him in it and maybe (any suggestions?) some other changes to the deck?
Edit: I have lyra if they would help and most priest cards from standard during ungoro (except quest and benedictus).

I'm currently at r14 (still I don't play much so win enough)
Lyra the Sunshard doesn't have many cheap spell to work with, so it's probably pretty useless. I will cut her out for something else. Also the Auchenai Soulpriest + Circle of Healing is not so good in this day - you may consider the Pint-Size Potion + Shadow Word: Horror instead and also put in again the Cabal Shadow Priest.
Have you considered to add a Netherspite Historian? You already have a good dragon synergy so why not some easy value?
