Everything is in the title ! Is Shadowreaper Anduin playable in a deck without Raza the Chained ?

I'm talking about Quest Priest actually, and I'm hesitating between him, The Lich King and Obsidian Statue.

Would you play him in a non-higlander Priest ?

With Bonemares, Scalebanes and Creepers everywhere?

Of course this OP card go in any deck.
