Why is it gone? I was under the impression that Druids had difficulty with large minions, and if Spreading Plague was such a big deal, then all the Priest would need to do is wait until they were adequately built up, play a single Mass Dispel, and OTK, and that's assuming that they can't just power through anyway. I get the whole "scarabs have 5 health" thing, that makes it difficult for a priest's typically 4 attack minions to punch through, but you could just add a Spirit Lash or Holy Nova for an easier clear, and I don't even know how necessary that is with how low their attack is.
Is it just the new expansion hype? People are so excited for Big EZ Priest and Shadowreaper Anduin that they would forget a perfectly good deck?
Because it's a new expansion and people test things? :) It's fun to slap big stuff on the board and when the meta settles down, Silence OTK Priest might be back.
I heard Firebat refer to something called Big Priest in one of his Deck Doctor videos, which is as I imagine it a greedy list backed up by things like Medivh, Free from Amber, Obsidian Statue, and Mind Control. I believe I've faced this deck a few times now but always thought of it as Control Priest.
No new cards that fits the deck and to many taunts going around.
Dragon priest still see's play and i think its actually still priest most consistent deck, you got the tempo, pro active play and enough tools to survive aggro most of the times or steal some good cards from control decks.
I tried it a bit in wild and Skulking Geist is played in so mutch decks that it really hurts. It still kind of ok with addition of stat swappers (won some games with swap and Mass Dispell xD). But the Anti Jade Druid card hurts Silence Priest a lot more then Jade Druid -.-
hurts shaman even worse, now i got geist on one of my highlanders, no swing turn for shaman if i get my geist, evolves 2 totems with dk hero then i remove one by one
you can try the mirage caller on a razorleaf or summon with barnes, silence the small one, becames 4-8 and the other is still on board, other combos i seen is meat vagon with inner fire can pull lightpawn or validated doomsayer, but if buffed, something better, shamblers are not required
I used this to teach rank 5 last month and achieved it pretty easily. The Geist does ruin the deck though so it was really painful in some matches. Shaman was certainly the hard matchup. Still a very good deck but the Geist hurts this deck more than it hurts jade Druid
Because why have one win condition, when you can have two!? :)

So I was taking a look at: https://hsreplay.net/articles/24/how-good-skulking-geist-275K-plays-analyzed , and I realized that of all the priest cards that were commonly removed by Skulking Geist, Inner Fire is not one of them. If Inner Fire isn't being played, then people must not be playing Silence Priest, as that card is a staple which allows the deck to kill quickly.

Druids run BGH, black knight and silence now (mostly to counter eachother, but hey), they don't really have that issue anymore.
And they can stall well and draw exceptionally.

I've no clue what I'm doing...
Because very greedy decks work right now and are tons of fun.
If the aggro decks manage to reassert themselves, perhaps the Silence archetype will return to the fore.

Because it's boring after a few month and got no new tools. Maybe essence when it summons a small charger.

actually beaats dragon priest cause no taunt and better draw, in priest matchups they try to mill you, when archbishop comes handy
kinda needs some extra minions vs mage, its very make or break and geist kills the inner fires, without that its kinda bad

I think they need to become offensive silencers now

Silence Priest is Good, I would say Mid Tier 2 lowkey but it gets completely stomped by Rogue and Shaman because of Devolve and Vilespine.
Because shaman is a thing. Devolve recks silence priest so damn hard.

Because dragon priest is currently a better version of that deck
Fuck cubelock
