I have currently constructed a silence priest and im not happy with the results. So I have a few questions. Aside from the core cards, Ancient Watcher, Humongous Razorleaf, Sunfury Protector, Inner Fire and HP buffs, silences ETC, should I be running removals like pain and death in this deck?
You should definately have alteasy 1 copy of SW:P. You dotn need SW:D because your minions should be able to take care of big threats.
Also if you need any tip then remember this deck is very YOLO. Often times you will have to play (in terms of buffing your minions) like your opponent didnt have removal in hand. So if you dont like such playstyle then i hardly not recommend this deck for you. :)
Im not sure about the minions youve chosen. Lately ive seen some pro player get above top100 on legend rank with purify priest but i cant rly remember who it was.

Play Faceless Shambler over manipulator. Curves out better with Razorleaf and Watcher, cheaper. Onxy Bishop not necessary; board presence is already strong enough. One copy of Bittertide Hydra is fine, a bit slow but its alright for an additional threat that other decks may have difficulty abusing. Consider running two copies of Shadow Word: Pain and a single copy of Potion of Madness. Finding two spots for Priest of the Feast is crucial as well. Idea behind this deck is building a wall. Against aggro, multiple taunts will win you the game outright, and control will not have enough removal to deal with recurrent threats. You do need the anti-aggro tools along with Priest of the Feast, as some decks can pubstomp you within the first two-three turns; it's crucial that you have answers for the brutal early game that accompanies many current decks in the meta.
Barnes is too slow imo and you already have enough minions that need silencing, adding that 1/1 Is too much. Deck lacks removal and could maybe use more draw such as an acolyte.
@suhailabtu, what are you looking for this kind of deck to be? Fast or more mid to late game?
Typically Silence priest is faster and has more draw combos with NS Cleric. You don't have Injured Blademaster, Wild Pyro, and Circle of Healing, which are all kind of vital to this deck.
Agree with some of the others, get rid of Bittertide and Faceless Manipulator and go with 2 Shamblers. The Taunt is KEY, plus you can Shambler an un-silenced minion and not worry about the negative traits.
I've tried the Barnes and Onyx Bishops and honestly, they kind of just don't work really well. They are kind of slow and have anti-synergy with each other. I'd recommend cutting them and going for faster draw synergy as mentioned above.
Also, someone mentioned Potion of Madness. I love this card in Silence Priest. Especially against taunt warrior where if all else fails, you can steal one of their high heal taunts and buff that to kill them with their own minion. It's priceless! Also helps with aggro decks when you didn't draw Shambler or another taunt.

I would remove Barnes. I know there are a few people who tried barnes in a silence deck, but honestly I think it's bad. You should try Lyra or Faceless Shambler (better than manipulator due to lower cost + taunt). There are gonna be many games where the 1 mana difference allows you to make crazy tempo plays. And Lyra can easily make a huge swing mid-late game if you have a couple spells to play with it. I'm also playing a silence pris this season, currently 65% winrate (42-23) at rank 8.

I would definitely swapped Barnes and Faceless for second Hydra and one Shambler.
I would take out both Onyx Bishopes and Sunfury Protectors and add another Shambler, Potion of Maddness, Acolyte of Pain and Stonehill Defender or Tar Creeper.
I would add a somekind of removal - either Dragonfire Potion for Kabal Songstealer or Auchenai Soulpriest and Circle of Healing for Shadow Visions.
I would be not worried about swapping out the Defender of Argus for Priest of the Feast as Defender of Argus never evaluate himself from my experience.
