It's not very expensive, Ragnaros and Ysera are definitely key, but the Black Knight could be switched out for an Abomination, Stampeding Kodo or something. But I just can't resist the sight of my Black Knight obliterating that pesky Sunwalker.
Early game,you should be playing defensive most of the time, minimizing their threats with removal spells while drawing with your Acolyte of Pain and North Shire Cleric. Stall the opponent and clear their boards in preparation for your late game monsters Ragnaros and Ysera. Preferably you should wait until the other player uses their trump card, then mind control it and make him waste his silence or hard removals on that, then the next turn summon your own and take the win.

Heres the Priest Deck I used to get to masters in about 30 wins or so :
