The only major problem I see with this deck is that you have too many weak deathrattle minions. At most, N'Zoth can summon 6 others minions, less if you have stuff on the board already. You want him to resummon your big guys, not bunch of little crappy guys. Considering replacing some of them with better value minions/spells.
Agree with the above guy, I've been experimenting with a Volazj deck, I liked the Infested Tauren and Shifting Shade for N'Zoth summons. Sylvanas is an auto-include, Cairne is great too. Maybe replace Harvest Golem, Huge Toad, and Polluted Hoarder. Going to try out the Twilight Summoner, how are you finding that one?
Also might try out Corrupted Healbots. It trades nicely with Druid stuff. Edit: These don't have synergy with Volazj.
If you place auchenai, you can also grab Healbot, for wombocombo. Nzoth interaction + auchenais.
you could use some eot effects for the minions you plan to clone, such as EoT minions as Ysera and Ragnaros, or Yshaarj, and complement with more end game threats such as Sylvannas, which is sicker with one health.
I really don't like Volazj as a card. I think it leads you to play suboptimal cards in hope of drawing it some day, while it'd be better to simply build a deathrattle priest with N'zoth using cards that are good on their own.
I am going to test Twilight Summoner some more with N'Zoth priest because I think its a great counter for post-N'zoth Brawl and other board clears, etc
I don't doubt that summoning a 6/6, but it's just the healing the other character for 8 in the interim that you'd have to overcome. I'd have to see it in practice.

Currently streaking at R12. Pretty solid deck as far as I can tell. Farms C'Thun decks quite reliably. Any suggestions to improve it?

I've seen videos of the Corrupted Healbot, but I don't like it much. It seems fairly situational and +8 health return could make for a huge swing.
