Well sure, but it just feels like in an OTK deck you should be leaning more towards, you know, an OTK. And I guess Justicar would be useful against something like Control Warrior that armors up out of range, but how would you beat that anyway? With a singular C'Thun? By trying to outheal them into fatigue?
And it doesn't necessarily have to be Justicar you toss either, though I can't quite see what else. Mayeb the Circle, though that's your boardclear. Vek'lor perhaps? When you're up there you probably are trying to set up your OTK. Or maybe one of the weaker C'Thun buffers.

Its an OTK velen deck using a c'thun deck body.
Why no Mind Blast? Seems that would eliminate the need for Justicar setup.
mind blast means more situational combo pieces while justicar is always good in a control enviroment.

An OTK is, strictly, impossible with this deck. Sure, it can have a nice C'thun turn, or Velen turn, but neither would be OTK. Am I missing something.
