I was just wondering if anyone had some advice on ways to improve my deck on a budget. I've only been playing 2-3 weeks, I don't buy card packs, and my only legendary so far has been Captain Greenskin so my options are a bit limited. I've been using Trump's Arena tier list, Arena guides on IcyVeins, and ArenaValue to get a better general understanding of how to build a deck, but there aren't any similar guides for Constructed play.
If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated. <3
Ok, I will try to help you guy, but before, I would like to give you a tip.
The tip is: move on! Please choose another class in constructed, excluding mage of course, because both of them are extremely weak in constructed, although they are supreme in Arena. Both classes have the most powerful cards in the game, such as Shadow Word: Death and Fireball , however a few good cards aren't enough to make a good deck. Trust me: I have played Priest in constructed for 5 months and all that I got was rank 16. Since I have changed to Druid, my skills were improved and my winrate has been increased, and the result was a rank 10 in constructed. That is only a tip: if you want to improve your game comprehension and go up on ladder, choose another class. I recommend you to choose between Druid, Shaman and Paladin if you want a Control or Midrange deck, and between Warlock and Hunter if you want a more Aggro play.
That said, if you want to continue on Priest, well, I have to say that your deck might have good cards, but they for sure don't fit together or with your playstyle. If I were you, I would do that budget deck:
Well, this is a standard control deck that can work pretty well. With play, you can make your own changes based on your results and needs. if you want other kinds of priests, you may search for them in this site.
You dont need epics or legendaries to make a viable priest deck, i'll make you a budget list and pass it to you give me 1 sec -Edit- Have fun:
Last edit: outside from these 2 ogres, this is a pretty strong base priest deck, once you replace these ogres with anything "expensiver" you'd like, like Cabal Shadow Priest or strong legendaries such as Cairne Bloodhoof, Ragnaros the Firelord, Ysera, The Black Knight and so on you're set. its all about taste, use your imagination! but while you cant, ogres are just good enough.

Ok, I know that can be a bit heavy, but you can pay for it with some time. If you don't have some of these cards, you can do some changes, such as:
Shadow Madness for Shadow Word: Pain
Knife Juggler for Faerie Dragon or another Acidic Swamp Ooze
Injured Blademaster for Harvest Golem
The other rares and the Faceless Manipulator can't be changed.
