This deck works in synergy with Blood Knight to create some really hefty early-mid game minions. If you think you can make the deck better, please post any ideas you may have!
I might consider switching out a Guardian of Kings for a Faceless Manipulator if you have one. Gives you the ability to copy Tirion, a buffed up Blood Knight, or a great enemy minion. Otherwise, cool deck. Have you tried it out at all or is this just something you want to build?

I do have x2Faceless Manipulator so I could definitely switch him out. I've taken this particular deck to Rank 15 but I wanted to get some advice (like the Faceless Manipulator suggestion, I thank you BTW) before I proceeded further.

I dropped x1 Guardian of Kings for the Faceless Manipulator and played 5 matches and I went 4 wins and 1 lose. Not bad at all. Also, I DID get a chance to copy Tirion Fordring and it scared my most recent opponent into an early concede.
What about Scarlet Crusader? It would buy you a lot of time before your heavy hitters come online and wreck havoc.

I tried the deck with Scarlet Crusader in it and didn't have the same level of success. I may try it with her again just to be safe because the sample size was only 5 matches.
Thank you for all the great feedback in this thread and through messaging! So, I was getting beat really badly in the early game (at rank 15) with the original deck build and it was because it lacked an early game taunt option. So, I added x2 Sunfury Protector and subtracted x2 [card]Aldor Peacekeeper[/card]. I also added x2 Wild Pyromancer to work in synergy with Equality and subtracted x2 [card]Silvermoon Guardian[/card]. To make up for the subtracted Divine Shields I added x2 Hand of Protection and did away with x2 Truesilver Champion. My x2 Sword of Justice and the 5/3 Ashbringer I get from a defeated [card]Tirion Fordring[/card] seems to be enough weapons for this deck so far. Like the changes? Hate them? Let me know!
Really cool deck. I want to build something similar once I have the cards for it. I like the improvements you made as well, adding taunts for early game is important especially against rush/Murloc decks.

Thank you! After the changes I saw an immediate improvement to my early game. I played two Murloc Decks back to back (one Warlock the other was a Druid, surprisingly) in Casual while testing the improved deck and I ended up winning both games because of Sunfury Protector. Also, made a great combo in the second game with [card]Hand of Protection[/card] > Wild Pyromancer > Equality play to clear his board and save my two existing minions.
After further testing the improvements have proven to be spot on. I've gone 7-3 in Casual play and won 3 in a row in Ranked before my first lost. Seems to be holding up pretty well.
I would but I'm not sure what I would take out of the deck to add them in. Suggestions?
Argent Commanders. They are very good guys alone, but have no synergy here. You usually play them to remove a minion, so the Divine Shield pops immediately. He's weak to Pyromancer, not the best minion to put taunt on, you can't even copy them with Faceless for a finisher combo.
We're not really playing aggressive with this deck, just try to maintain board control.

This looks pretty awesome. Wanted to try something like this myself, but I don't have a large selection of cards...yet!

Thanks! Yeah this deck is alot of fun, especially when you can get a few shields out early and drop the Blood Knight.

Have you tried Redemption? Very good synergy with Divine Shield minions.

My version, for the reference: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/26864-glory-to-the-sindorei-divine-shield-pala (I can't decide between Scarlet Crusader and Faceless Manipulator yet.)

Excellent. I'm going to take out the Argent Commander for the reason stated. Thank you very much for the feedback!
How far can you get with the deck in Ranked?
