This seems to be the hardest matchup for me. Anyone who's having more success care to share their secret? I'm seeing a TON of ramp druids at rank 4. I'd much rather face hunters atm, heh.
Get more heals in the deck, and bait their Swipes. Treat Quartermaster/Muster as your finisher. Personally I run double Lay on Hands/Healbot to stay above 14 in an empty board.

Is your deck similar to Savjz? I saw him running 2 x LoH and 1 x Healbot last night. Right now I'm only running 1 of each.
Double Lay on Hands will make you into a "Control" Pally and not a "Midrange" Pally. Difference being that you are not going to be able to push threats into critical windows in matchups like Handlock and Control Warrior.
Depending on what your weapon usage looks like, I would be sure you've got the full 2x Truesilver, then add a Seal of Light or two if 1x Healbot is not enough.
Also, try to save your Belchers for the late game phase, and use any other response for early minions if you have it. But keep in mind how you will bait Swipes. An Aldor will usually do it, and there aren't a lot of targets for Follow the Rules, besides, so don't balk at playing one into an empty board.

Seal of Light is really growing on me. It can take out a 3/2 or X/3 if you have a guy and give you net healing. It can also turn Truesilver into 6 attack and 6 heal for a turn, which is fantastic against, say, Belcher. If you're finding 2x Truesilver and 1x LoH isn't enough, I'd try adding a Seal before resorting to 2x LoH.
The hardest part about this matchup IMO is that the druid can draw cards with Lore while improving his board while we have to use a whole turn drawing cards without affecting the board with LoH. It's a huge tempo loss, and while it's usually needed to fish for a board clear, it's often too late.
Pally could benefit from some earlier card draw. Acolyte often doesn't work too well either though.

Thank you for the tip about saving the Quarter/Muster combo. I've won my last two matches because I saved it till turn 8. Previously I'd try to get it put ASAP, but that rarely works since they'll just swipe a naked Muster.
Nice to know. As far as healing is concerned, if you are climbing 15-1, then you'll probably need it to have a positive win percentage against Hunters/Zoo. Although Seal of Light can be amazing, you can even try Earthern Ring Farseer, in order to keep the 3/3 body on the board as well.
We are running almost the same list, and I am playing on rank 5 EU. I changed Mind Control Tech for Earthern Ring Farseer, running one Wild Pyromancer instead of one Juggler and no Shredders but Sen'jins instead. The list works fine against Face hunters and Druid.
Edit: I get really frustrated at times with Shredders. The amount of bad 2 drops you can get is big imho. Loremaster Cho or the Nerubian guy that increases the cost of battlecriy minions by 2 or even the dreaded Unstable Ghoul. Brrrrr
I added TBK back in. With all the Druids, many of which are running tons of taunt, I think it's time he comes back to pally. He just won me another game by nuking an Ancient of War. Huge tempo swing. It's good in several other matchups too of course, but right now it seems like over 50% of my matchups are Druids (Rank 4 NA).
I also went with Shieldmastas instead of the Shredders. Better protection and less RNG.

Almost similar. I don't run Mind Control Tech and KelThuzard, but I run 1 Knife Juggler and a Black Knight instead of those two.
Edit: And two Quartermasters.

I don't think that a 2nd Lay on hands is pushing the deck into late game. The potential for midgame dominance is there if you curve out nicely.

Good luck with all that, when I see Uther I think it clobbering time!
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
Yeah well, pallys are adjusting, so enjoy it while it lasts! :)
