Hey guys, I'm currently trying to refine this Voraxx Quest Paladin I made, and I need some help. I think that Quest Paladin is the most fun archetype to play, and I want to make this deck at least semi-competitive on ladder. Here's what I have now:
I want to hear your thoughts on how my deck could be improved to be semi-competitive. Besides the cards listed in the "Keeps" section, the whole deck is up for changes. The cards in the "Adds" section are going to be added once I get enough dust or I get them in a pack.
Just recently started dabbling in Voraxx Quest Pally myself, and I'm loving it! So many shenanigans and ways to adapt your playstyle, that it's hard for your opponent to know when to commit to removal. Plus, a Spikeridge on the Voraxx feels great.
Some thoughts, because I don't want to change the flavor of what you have going on too much (that's the fun of the game, not every deck has to be the same) but I threw in a pair of Wild Pyromancer and it's been helping a TON, plus they're a great investment if you don't have them because they're often useful and in the Classic set, so they'll always be available. I've even saved the quest and coin in hand for an early board wipe with them to help stabilize, plus it could actually synergize well with the Bananas, and their synergy with Sound the Bells! is fantastic for an opponent's Zuljin board reload, or as an anti-aggro tool in general.
Otherwise, it looks like a fun and competative deck! Ya can't win everything, as is the nature of the game, but keep at it and have fun working out the quirks!
EDIT - It should be noted that if you pull Poisonous off of Adaptation casting on a Wild Pyromancer, it's a full board clear, too.
