How many times do I have to say this...I'm upset because people a lot of people are telling me to cut the combos I mentioned and that defeats the purpose of the deck. I am well aware of it's downsides it's obvious I built this deck with that in mind that's why I had zola as backup. But if people are gonna just be like that then there is no point on me continuing on with this discussion thread if the discussion is just to tell me not to play the combo.
Only 2 mentions of that in the entire thread. The first gave good reasoning for their opinion and the 2nd as an either or mixed in with some other good ideas. The majority of people here are saying to switch out other aspects of your deck: more proactive cards than weak reactive cards, and add in backups to your combo.
Yet, Jade Druid was still alive and well even with Geist. Stop looking for ways to shit on paladin and just accept that the combo deck will still work. just use Da Undetakah to gain Hakar's deathrattle and VOILA!! Sorry you're pissed that something other than odd paladin is going to be tier 1. Go shit on other class deck theorycrafts and leave paladin alone for once.
Damn straight. The truth is that most decks are so tuned Geist is a luxury and mostly finds its way into super heavy control decks (which aren't heavily played because OTK is a thing right now) and even decks, which usually take Mossy over Geist to counter druid plague walls.
For those worried about silence, paladin is the king of buff and high value. I'd honestly look at adding cards that beg for silence or removal forcing your opponent to chose get wrecked now or later. The combo is a late game play under any circumstance, it's quite likely you can bait out silence early/mid game. And then play a back up like Da Undetakah as well.
I'm curious if this deck doesn't suit a buff infinite draw style paladin. I'd also add DK pali in for this release for a 10HP swing and a 2ndary win condition. Zola and maybe some bankers would be awesome in supporting both the combo and Exodia win conditions.
I think Shrivallah is a good keep actually but I'd remove gastro and taskmaster and add 2x pyroancer and cut the snapjaw for a High Priest Thekal.
Yeah Shirvallah is mostly for corpsetaker and enough high end spells spells to get it to at least 8-10 mana reasonably, which I think is passable for this minion.
Will probably cut the whole Snail + snapjaw combo but wanted to test it out, kinda hard to think what class the combo would belong to and make the best use out of snail and snapjaw if they don't come together but hey we all start somewhere right? yeah I'm thinking Pyro will be the replacement.
Not sure how I feel about Thekal being in this deck, hard to evaluate that card as well. It's very strong before turn 5 but way in the late game I think it's a pretty dead card if most of the heals will be used up by then.
I made some changes to the deck as well I cut saronite for Righteous Protector, better to get that off of call to arms than saronite defensively, better in the late game and doesn't give Undatakah a bad deathrattle.
Why ask for people's advice then shit on all of their suggestions and lash out at them? If your deck's so perfect then go hit Legend with it and stop wasting our time asking for the help you clearly don't want.

Those are good ideas and all fair responses.

Edited front page, and made some changes to the deck.
