With Baku making their hero power even more potent, they seem to get so far ahead of you and you can never catch up and always have to play defense.
Something needs to be done with Paladin. My big mage should have no problems with it with so many clears but they just keep spitting out dudes /rallying call and buffing them/divine shielding them.
Time for something to change blizzard
Shudderwock aint the problem paladin is so deal with it.
Yo, this is day... 3? The meta is going to take at least a week to really settle, and then- assuming Baku Pally stays OP- it'll be probably another month before Blizzard does anything. So take it easy, and in the meantime, tech against the Dudes and feast on the easy stars.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Day 3 and people have whined that 3 decks need nerfing lmao
I wish it was only three. Look up threads created in the past 24 hours, and I counted in the vicinity of 30 salt threads, complaining about at least a half dozen distinct decks.

I think your Big Mage deck is the real problem not Paladin.Baku Paladin isn't all that op baku paladin doesn't play tirion steed and some other OP cards paladin could play.

Big mage deck is real problem not baku paladin ? LUL do u even look to numbers or sites or anything or u just believe Ur self
Do you have anything to back this up? HSReplays has a WW version of Big Mage at 64% vs paladin. Given that, it seems likely the OP is the issue, not the deck.
I think baku pali would be a lot easier to deal with if they nerfed their main threat card, Level Up!
Either change it to 6 mana so that way only Gen pali can use it (I've never seen one so I assume they're weaker), change it to 7 mana so they need to put in more work to maintain a flooded board, or change it to give only +1/+1 so that it becomes mostly defensive.
All of these proposed changes nerf the card into the ground. Level up is only good value and tempo if you hit at least 3 recruits with it. Quit whining and start killing their dudes. Tech mossy horror, play control lock, play hand druid and punish with swipe and spreading plague, or just outrace them with face hunter. Baku Paladin is far from the strongest or the most degenerate deck Hearthstone has ever seen. I'm sorry, but calling for nerfs instead of leaning how to beat a deck makes you come off like a child.

I main baku pali lol. I'm not complaining here, stop projecting on me.

People are still discussing whether Baku or Genn Pala is stronger. While odd pala had a higher overall winrate, I think that even pala had slightly better winrate in the legend bracket.
Good to know, I still haven't seen any Genns but I'm only rank 7 in standard right now. I guess I'll craft Genn and test him out too, he's the only card I'm missing for Genn pali.
This is the deck i'm playing with, for Baku decks. Seems like it tries to do many things at once but it really works. You gotta love Lord Godfrey and Despicable Dreadlord
Cubelock should be nerfed (it's even stronger than Paladin) and Paladin should have a slight nerf (it's not that over the top, but still a bit too strong) and then the meta would be great imo.
I haven't really had this problem on latter at all, I'm a huge pali player but this expansion I moved to Hand Druid, and I dumpster on aggro decks. To be fair, for hand druid its insta-concede against any kind of combo/control deck, but its amazing anti-aggro.
Seriously, if Paladin is your problem, PLAY DRUID. Spreading plague, 5 mana 5/10 taunts, turn 3 8/8, The deathknight!! Super good anti-aggro tools. Play Lunara and when they surrender just hit them with the "I appreciate your efforts" and laugh maniacally
One deck is always the strongest. If you always need to nerf the strongest deck, you can never stop nerfing anything.
What I think is important when nerfing cards is not deck strength, but health for the game. A deck that fights for the board, like most paladin decks do, are very healthy for the game. It provides a lot of opportunities to counter the deck, which increases deck diversitiy, and also promotes interactive decks over combo decks that only care about their own cards. Much more fun in my opinion.
A deck like cubelock is way more problematic. It completely shuts down so many decks as early as turn 6. Midrange is completely dead. Rush warrior doesn't stand a chance, etc. I don't feel like paladin does that. The only thing it does is punish you for playing too many expensive cards. But you don't need to be greedy to make a control deck.
Those winrates are inflated because of all the unrefined decks people are still strying to play at the moment. The expansion was out only for a few days, chill out and tech taunts/removals if you're so annoyed... God you guys have no patience.

Weird thing, any deck I build win easily, very easily, vs any paladin deck but lose vs mages and warlocks...
Unleash the Hounds
Death to Aggro!
Here you go.

Apologies for the double post.

Git good.
IMO,Baku is better because it's easier,cheaper & faster.
Genn is expensive & slow, but has more control.

Want a control deck that involves thinking that beats aggro pally? Try GENN Leyline Mage!
You could use scorpomatic in your decks You know as a sort of almost tech thing? Nah ima make a thread
I feel like this image sums up most of the HearthPwn forum users... can anyone guess which is the OP? xD

To Arms Men!
Unlike Shudderfuck Shaman, Baku and Genn Paladin are actually reasonable to play against. Just play an anti-aggro deck (like Druid) and you're fine.
