Call to Arms is just such a good card. I really love the early game options it gives, letting me fill my deck up with strong one drops that subsequently get thinned out.
I think this deck has a few too many 1 drops, but I'm not sure which ones are relevant and which ones aren't. Selfless hero is so mechanically cumbersome that I don't really like it, but she makes a nice safeguard against certain AoE effects.
The Bolvar synergy is nice with all the one drop divine shields, but I'm not sure it's worth it.
Any advice anyone could give would be appreciated.
Might isn't really a high impact card in control settings. Bolvar is a little cumbersome unless you're building a deck to have synergy with him. Selfless hero would definitely not be very good in this kind of deck. Wax elemental is an interesting choice and I haven't played around with it at all, could be good.
Not sure how to feel about call to arms, it seems like it has potential, but two in a control deck seems like a lot. Especially because your only other draw is potion of heroism.

It's really good with all of the one drops; particularly Wax Elemental. Call to Arms might be too much at 2, but it's such a high impact play on turn 4, and works as pseudo-card draw. (Basically a 3-for-4) Bolvar is a really sticky 5-drop for buffs, and he gets boosted from all the divine shield/taunts in the deck (there's like 8).
I would drop the wax elementals in favor of Hydrologist, dirty rat, or doom sayers. probably rat's as they would have multiple uses in a ctrl deck and you are fine with them from call.

Doomsayer could be really good since the deck does lack removal, I'd probably rather drop the Argent Squires in place of the Wax Elementals, though. Call to Arms would be an almost guaranteed Doomsayer with taunt + divine shields in the way.
Wax Elemental is actually really solid in the deck. He stalls aggro a ton in the early game, has great synergy with every single buff (Spikeridged, BoK, BoM), he gets boosted by Tarim.
Hydrologist is such a bad pull from Call to Arms and I dunno if I have enough removal to make Dirty Rat work on it's own. I run Equality/Consecrate mostly just to deal with late game bonemare/cobalt boards.
I run a control list with Burgly Bullies and Beardo/Uther as finishers. I took in the new two mana beetle, two Dirty Rats and two Hydrololgist. I also added a Misteress of Mixtures instead of a one mana 1/1 divine shield guy . So far I got to rank 5 ,but I might change stuff later.

I don't really struggle to have cards in my hand.
