Call to Arms pulls up to three cards 2 mana minions from your deck and puts them on the battlefield.
Now, this effect is CRAZY, but the usual control paladin deck does not synergize with the effect, with your own Doomsayer blowing up your board the same instant.
But wait, there´s all these wonderful 2 mana meme legendary cards that no one but Wowhobbs ever plays, which if bulled out together would make quite the interesting board state that is not at all bad! An example board state would be Dirty Rat, Lorewalker Cho and Millhouse Manastorm on turn 4.
Having a lot of 2 drops is very good, and clearing your deck of those 2 drops on turn 4 is absolutely amazing.
Yes! I like the idea of playing a LOT of 2 - drops in paladin, but that usually means you have somewhat dead draws in the late game.. Call To Arms kinda mitigates that downside! Doomsayers would obviously be bad in this kind of deck, but since paladin has a lot of removal anyways?
I would just love to see someone trying it out, I personally don´t own all of those 2 drop legendarys lol
Why not play double doomsayer and double rat? They kinda synergise with each other even if drawn too. Rat does help with equality board clears too. Add two wild pyros while at it too. Draw them with call to arms and clear the board with equality. Ez clear.
