Just as the title suggest, I'm not the best deck builder but I do like the act of it. This is a rough draft I have put together and have been having some great games with. I don't have stats in black and white, but I've played a good 40ish games with it with far more wins than losses (again, I'm sorry I don't have the stats). I know there are probably incarnations of Keleseth paladin floating around and if anyone can help me tweak this one, I would appreciate it! Feel like I could be missing some value/key cards I could add without changing the deck entirely.
You could also consider adding in a "Corpsetaker Package" since you have most of it in there already. The standard package is usually 2x Corpsetaker, 2x Righteous Protector, 2x Chillblade Champion, 1x Wickerflame Burnbristle, 1x Tirion Fordring, and usually 1-2x Grook Fu Master OR 1x Stormwatcher. Obviously you can tinker with that package and include more/less support if you want, but it's a really nice package for Prince Keleseth in Paladin since Divine Shield, Windfury, Taunt, and Lifesteal all benefit from his buff.
One last piece of advice. I know you don't have any stats right now and that's fine, but I really reccomend starting to track them if you can. They'll really help you figure out how your deck is doing against the meta, what your good/bad matchups are, and what tech choices might help your winrate.
I believe the problem you may be having is keleseth and control can work but it Isnt that strong if you dont draw keleseth right away and you lose to most aggro decks because no two drop. I have been playing a keleseth and taldaram (used to copy charge, divine shield, enemies good cards or even spikeridged steed deathrattle) paladin with a bunch of 1 drops to spam early to stay on tempo with aggro but conrol the tempo against control by holding some cards in hand to buff.
and there are many good keleseth paladin decks without taldaram but they include tons of one drops because you need to trade with aggro (eventually your buffed minions win out + bonemare) but with this deck it can get rolled by any good aggro start (stonehill on 3 is most likely death) and once you play buffed minions against control they just get hard removed.
Point being this decklist can work and it is probably very fun but if your looking for a better win percentage or to climb on ladder there has to be more aggression (think of every game like you are about to play against a shadowstep keleseth turn 2 rogue, or a raza on 5 anduin on 8 deck!)

The main thing that jumps out to me is you run a lot of 1-ofs. Some of those are tech cards where 1 makes sense (ie. Spellbreaker, Mind Control Tech, Big Game Hunter) but there are a few where running 2x would help give you more consistency (i.e. Tar Creeper, Cobalt Scalebane, Bonemare, Truesilver Champion, Vicious Fledgling, Chillblade Champion). It's likely worth tinkering with that and taking out some of those 1-ofs to double up on the stronger cards (i.e. 2x Tar Creeper, 2x Cobalt Scalebane, and 2x Bonemare are all likely worthwhile).

Best of luck on ladder! :)
