This is what I'm currently running... and I know there's some room for improvement, despite my moderate success. I have a pretty large chunk of dust (dusted a gold legendary) so I'm open to plugging in a few pro epics (especially if I could potentially also use in other hero decks) and rares to make this deck ranked-game viable.
My general strategy is to sandbag and surprise-buff a Questing Adventurer or Raging Worgen for huge hits. The Crusader is a good bait card, and using Argent Protector or Noble Sacrifice are good single-turn protection for those attack cards. My concerns are early overrun (Consecrate is underpowered) and excessive silence decks. I've been able to drag games out long, though, so silences aren't so big a deal - however having some late-game surprise card would be nice. I also would have to say that I see dead streaks in the deck and miss some crystal use - so do I need more card draw? Lastly, it does seem that having 6 of my minions are in the 3 bracket causes some issues but maybe that's just my indecisiveness.
I would also like to point out that I haven't played Paladin much at all - so there are many nuances to the hero that I probably am unaware of. I just happened to get lucky with the QA cards in my early packs and Paladin seemed like the most logical fit for that particular card.
It's an interesting cheese concept and this is the scope I'll try to strengthen the deck around.
First off, you're missing some (what I would argue) core cards that synergize well with the concept of the deck: 2x Aldor Peacekeeper - Change minion's attack to one. You already know the deal with Worgen and one/two attack creatures. 1x Truesilver Champion - One of the best weapons in the game, you want two, no exception.
Now, here are some addition suggestions: +2 Youthful Brewmaster - With the addition of Aldor Peacekeepers, these cards begin to find worth in your deck. You can bounce: Argus for rebuff, Protector for divine shield, Owls for silence, Aldor for debuff, Commander for a second shield and second attack with charge, Ooze for a second weapon break, all while getting more cheap plays to buff Questing Adventurer. +1 Acidic Swamp Ooze - I suggest removing an Owl. You essentially have two Owls with Youthful, now you have two Oozes with Youthful. Spellbreaker can be considered here too.
Here are removal suggestions: Scarlet Crusader: I don't like the card in this deck, additional 3 drops make it slow if your focus is around Worgen and Questing Lord of the Arena: Importance of Attack < Toughness. Replace with Sunwalker for more bouncy goodness.
With all this in mind, you have excellent overall control with Aldor, Equality, Weapons, and bounceable silences/weapon breaks. Cheaper creatures that can bounce eachother for Questing buffs as well. Having bounceable cards with extra value will solve your demand for card draw while control through the same cards will solve your issues with being overrun.
I originally had 2x Truesilver Champions in the deck and dropped one when I picked up the Defender of Argus... mostly because I found myself with a TC in hand while having my Sword of Justice equipped. I do see the value in keeping it, though, for minion direct attack. The Defender, though, has had a few crutch late-game saves putting taunt up on a squire.
The Peacekeeper is a good call. I was contemplating either picking those up or trying to fit Humility into the deck - but having more spells and less minions is part of the reason I've had trouble. It only made sense to have another low-cost card to bolster the QA. But, really; How much can you depend on two cards in the deck? Yes, I realize it's a cheese comp.
Never even thought about the Brewmasters... it'll be a chore to discipline myself to keep them in-hand. I'll give it a go. Thanks.
Thalnos might not be a bad addition if you can fit him somewhere. He's a 2 drop, so he's easy to play for Questing, and his cheap +1 spell dmg can set up a 3dmg consecrate. Equality+Consecrate is a solid combo in most deck, but in this one it can leave your Questing vulnerable at only 2 HP; you ever find that he was picked off after that combo?
Battlecry minions essentially count as spells anyways. I don't like Humility, trades very poorly. Thalnos is great if you can catch them off guard with a Humility. Depending on two cards are fine, that's usually what many decks and not just "cheese" decks try for, there's just a need for a contingency plan if the plan busts though.
Argus is also quite counter-intuitive. Are you really going to give taunt to what would essentially be a core minion? Use Wolf or Shattered Sun Cleric for a cheaper buff while still maintaining board presence. Both SSC and Dire have good stats respective to their mana as a well (2 for 2/2 and 3 for 3/3 are both good). Argus, imo, has arguably the first or second worst stats for a 4 drop - 3/3. The other being 4/2. The buff itself doesn't really go well with Panda bouncing either even if the Battlecry may because it'll get removed.
