Lots of early game potential, not sure how you fair versus the end game. With this many spells it may be worth swapping the Faerie Dragons for Sorcerer's apprentice. Additionally trade out the Novice Engineers for a second Loot Hoarder and a Sunfury Protector, which would synergies well with your Water Elemental or Gnomish Inventor.
You actually have a point on Dragons for Sorcercer's apprentice, about removing the Engineers, I think they're too important for digging your winning cards with a immediatly effect. It's a midrange deck and you have enough spells to counter the late game cards, if you don't win in the midgame, you're like to topdeck until the end of your cards (happens alot when against another mage/control deck).
