Hey guys - so I'm sitting on 1150 dust. I am a pretty new player and don't have any naxx cards or any legendaries. I'm trying to decide if it would be better to craft a few epics or should I keep saving and craft a legendary? If so, which one should I craft first? I seem to run in to a lot of aggro decks lately where I'm at in the ladder. I float from about rank 15-17.
The best suggestion I can give is to pick one deck, of one class you really like (maybe 2 at the very most). And craft all you need for that one deck. After that deck, try not to spend any dust on anything besides crafting legendarys. What I see a lot of people doing it spending their dust every time they get 200 or so, and 6 months later they have 3/4 of their set and only 1-2 legendarys. This also makes it so when you open packs your getting duplicates and dusting cards is awful compared to the crafting cost. Plus, when your picking the legendarys to craft, they are really only the good ones, better than random bad ones.
So to answer your question, if you do not have 1 competitive deck that you like to play, craft what you need for it. But after that save and only craft legendarys.

All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible. - T. E. Lawrence
Thanks for the comment, I've chosen mage to be my one deck as I really enjoy the class. What cards do I need to finish out the deck though and which cards are priority - epics or legendary?
Whatever you think will give you the greatest value quickest, probably the epics/rares first.
Echo of Medivh and Duplicate are pretty good, and works well in mech decks that are missing Archmage Antonidas.
I suggest finding a deck you like in the decks section and building around that. You don't have to copy it completely, and can sub out for what cards you do have. There are some pretty good ones out right now. Don't be discouraged because a deck has legendarys in it, many can be subbed out and still get you below rank 12.
When it comes to crafting a Legendary, it's usually better to craft a few neutral legendarys first because they can be used in any deck, vs a class one that may only work in one deck.
Overall yours is looking pretty good so far. Look at trying to either buy or unlock some naxx wings. There are alot of great cards that you could use in them like Mad Scientist, Sludge Belcher, Loatheb, and Undertaker. (I suggest buying it, great value for so many legendarys and other great cards.)
This build looks incredibly fun, I haven't personally tried it, but it's getting good reviews and doesn't cost much at all. The only problem is the Naxx minions, but most of them are located in only 2 wings. Besides it only has 1 Legendary that is easily replaceable and 4 epics, pretty damn cheap.

"As part of ongoing communication with the WoW developers, it has been agreed that Hearthstone is now the official source of WoW lore. We hope you look forward to seeing Ragnaros, Lightlord in Legion!"
I would prioritize crafting good rares over anything else, they will give you the most bang for your buck. Plus if you make a mistake, no big deal, it's just 100 dust.
If you craft a legendary that you end up not liking / using, you are out 1,600 dust. Epic you are out 400 dust. You get the picture.

Hey! you could use something like that: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/156858-mech-mage-season-10-legend-31-na it only has one legendary
or this!: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/150908-1st-time-legend-apprentice-mech-mage
I agree with building one good cheap deck.
Then, I'd do Naxx. It's a very good bang for your buck, with many useful cards.
Definitely craft enough cards for you to enjoy one deck and you'll rank up quick assuming it's good.
