there are cards that i think are really good but do not see play.
devolving missiles: this card is actually op and i dont know why every mage deck don't run one pair of it
Wave of Apathy: this card is out of control broken; so much tempo and swing for 1 mana and some priests used to not run this, how?
Firework Elemental: this card is so good for a common card even out of elemental synergy context, the power lvl is close to Jandice
O my Yogg: 1 mana counter spell, yes. how do you not play this? from pure to everything, the card is a one mana win condition
Tekahn+ Polkelt+HoG: this is a solid archetype by itself
Robes of Protection> Cult Neophyte: the stats are ok but the effect, wow, entire board , yes all of them are immune, vulnerable to AoE or minion, nightmare for control decks / tempo rogue, or even some aggro decks.
the list can continue but what do you think, what are the cards ppl are sleeping on?
I'm not sure I agree with the idea that they're not seeing play, and if they aren't then it has more to do with the decks surrounding the cards than anything else. All the cards you listed except the Tekahn stuff are currently mainstays in tier 1 wild decks, every single one of them, even the neophytes (though maybe not the robes). If they're not working in standard, the reason has nothing to do with the cards themselves but the decks they belong in. They are flourishing in supremely effective decks in wild at least.

i get your point but i think there cards that ppl are underestimating them so much and easily improve existing archetypes
Missiles and wave are actually played. Firework is really bad, first you need to play a 6 mana card at least in order to corrupt the elemental, then it deals damage to a single target... in an aggro meta. Even against druid that plays big minions is not enough cuz they usually fill the board and killing 1 minion doesn't help. Oh my yogg is anything but a win condition, the effect is random and sometimes can help opponents, top decking it in late game feels awful, paladin already has enough big and sticky minions, doesn't need that secret to protect them. It could be good only if some type of aggro pala becomes meta but pure and broom are just too good right now.
I don't know exactly what Tekahn+ Polkelt+HoG means. The 5 mana 4/4 that makes lackeys into 4/4s + polkelt + hand of guldan (I assume that is the card)? If this is the case then I don't see how it could be an archetype. You need lackey generators, paying 6 mana for hand of guldan is not worth, at least with skull you get to discount the cards drawn.
Cult Neophyte comes down earlier, it also fits better in turns where you spend mana on other cards. If the other minions are still vulnerable to AoE I don't see how robe is control's nightmare as they usually run several AoE cards.
I'm personally surprised you don't see more Oh My Yogg!, too. Really.
I mean, yeah, it could be a good spell, it could be a bad spell... it could be nothing, but the point is that it stops the opponent from playing the spell that they wanted.
For one mana, I feel like that's good enough to include. But this is coming from someone who has never played a proper paladin deck in his life, so...
If the meta slows down then the combo would actually be really cool to catch people off guard... unfortunately both of those cards are really bad on their own right now...

I think people are sleeping on Firework Elemental. I play 2 copies in a weird Y'Shaarj Mage deck. It's pretty neat, on my Y'shaarj turn if I can remove two large threats, play four secrets as well as maybe 1-2 large Horrendous Growths. It's not terrible uncorrupted either.

Also, Costumed Entertainer + Felsteel Executioner HELLO!?
Nobody is expecting the Token DH player to whip out a 6/5 weapon in the late game. Hya! Hya! Hya!
If the meta slows down then the combo would actually be really cool to catch people off guard... unfortunately both of those cards are really bad on their own right now...
but sick combo dude, didn t see that!!
It is standard in Odd paladin in Wild, and pretty important to disrupt key AOE turns.

I hadn't even thought of handbuffing Felsteel Executioner...could be fun!
