Explosive Sheep is pretty good for early game AoE without messing with your spell pool. Late game, you can ping it with Frost Lich for a "free" Water Elemental. What's Prince Malchezar doing in there though? I think he'll mostly just mess up your elemental chain with a bunch of crappy legendaries.

Ah yes that is a good idea as well. I will try that.
The Prince is there for the Leyline Manipulator package. It is still ok as long as you get a few good Legendaries you can discount. I might cut it for other strong legendaries. I was thinking of that mage legendary that adds a copy of your opening hand to your hand, but I do not think it is worth crafting him just for this deck.
Problem is that a lot of legendaries require a build-around and are pretty much inert when played in the wrong deck, also you don't have a lot of card draw so the chance that you get to discount more than one of those extra legs is slim at best. I would replace Malchezar with something a bit more useful. Zilliax is pretty good, especially when magnetized into a sheep.
You could consider Stonehill Defender over Tar Creeper, as the discovered minion can be discounted. Even without Leyline Manipulator in the deck, I preferred to run the turtle back when this deck was in Standard.
Arcane Keysmith might be worth trying out. If you can find Ice Block you're in a great spot. And even if you don't, you'll likely disrupt your opponent's plan whether they do or do not play around your random secret.
You have lots of AoE, but only Meteor as single-target removal. Replacing one Arcanosaur by Voodoo Doll might be useful. It's probably meta-dependent though.
Arcane Artificer used to help a lot versus Mindblast Priest and Malygos Druid, but I don't know if those archetypes are common at the moment.
Skulking Geist could be a useful tech card, since it won't delete any of your spells. Useful if you face a lot of Jade Druid.
Ah great feedback thanks, i will try out the stonehill defenders and 1 voodoo doll for a arcanosaur. Not syre what to do with Malchezaar. Maybe I will replace it for a sheep.
A slightly different take on Big Spell mage. Very fun deck with a lot of removal. Please let me know what you think and how to improve the deck:
