This is my latest creation and I would like to hear some thoughts and comments...And NO it does not need a King Krush. Krush is a horrible Legendary for its price tag.
Since Unleash the Hounds requires the opponent to have a lot of minions to be effective, and I think that with this deck the opponent is not going to have much, just my opinion.
thought about it but really have enough low drops to cycle that and to be honest I just couldn't fit it in less I drop a minion like Harvest Golem which to me has a higher play value then Arcane Shot
hmmmm Well not having a rag is just a really powerful card .....The black knight can be replaced with a silence if need be but again not nearly as effective considering your best silence is going to give you a 4/3 body and the minion you silenced is still there.
This deck seems really slow, and your largest taunters would be 4/5 (except rag). I would imagine that aggro decks could remove you better than you could remove them with this type of deck. There's also absolutely zero class synergy outside of the bows/traps, meaning no beast synergy.
I guess I'm just not seeing the theory behind how this deck would play. I feel like any druid or warrior control would be able to control you way better (especially if they know how to play around traps), and any aggro/rush would be able to blast through any mid-level taunts you have, or even worse, kill you before you got any taunts out.
Also I would guess in this type of deck, if you didn't get your bow early, you'd have an almost impossible time winning, whereas the other standard rush/mid-range hunter decks can put enough early game pressure to finish people off in turn 7-8-9 even without having a bow on turn 3-4-5.
Ok your observations seem some what fair however this deck runs several things to counter aggro the taunts for one the wild pyromancer combos make most aggros cry and the hero power is beyond awesome..Yes there is no beast synergy for a damn good reason. Beast synergy is not all that good. This deck does extremely well against warrior control as well as druid control. The only control builds that fair good against it are Pally and Shaman.
Now as for the bow issue, yes its important to get it early but not mandatory..The deck has many ways you can play it. Knowing what your doing and when to play certain spells is what matters. Btw for being slow this deck can turn 8 pretty consistently against most aggro and still have well over half
mine is 6 as of last night I dont have the time to grind much as I run to many tournaments for this game.. But I do have 3 legendary players actually gaining ranks placement with it.
aoe is the downside. consecrate, for example, would wipe the beasts out. it wouldn't with the same with cairne. imo i would say they're about even. put highmane in if you feel like it.
Highmane was in the deck originally but I replaced with Cairne simply put players were forced to silence it and didnt have the silence for the taunt walls thus making it a tad more survivable against druid.
UTH is not just a rush deck spell. Its your only reliable aoe to get board control in a control hunter as well, UTH+ Timberwolf is a comsecration for 3 mana, and you can choose where the damage is dealt, so i suggest you to use this spell, becasuse you cant run a control deck with aoe clears, rush decks just kill you with tons of small minions.
beg to differ on that one...Between the pyromacer hunters mark combo, explosive trap and explosive shot and the taunts I generally have little issue with aggro...but again I know these decks I know what to expect and thus I able to time out my playes to get max effect.
I like this idea a lot ... I think it has one big advantage over other control decks - your opponent will be playing their minions only 2 at a time in fear of a UTH that you're never going to drop ... its doing you a favour without even being in the deck ! I've been thinking along similar lines, although probably with different card choices

I have been running something similar since Beta, I shared it only recently, but I prefer cards like Abomination in addition to Pyromancer and Explosive Shot/Trap. Currently working with a healthy win streak in ranked.

Why not play unleash the hounds? Its not like its a bad spell, it can be great removal in itself.
Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.

I agree but everyone complains about it as they did the original...Team 5 history on people crying is nerf so I see it going to 3 mana real soon.

Hey, I don't have many legendaries, what would be an appropriate replacement for Rag and BK? I don't have that much dust:p
Also, on the game I played with it, the pyromancer - hunter's mark does wonders

yeah when I made the original it had a highmane but afterwards talking with Realz I went with Cairne same cost way more viable.
