I first played Kel'Thuzad, than I played Slate and than killed an opponents minion with Rapid Fire but it did not get summoned. Am I missing something?
It doesn't work because devs clearly didn't think that these two cards from the same expansion could be played together. Don't worry they already figured this out. Taken from 18.2 Patch Notes: "Headmaster Kel’Thuzad’s Spellburst will now resurrect minions that are destroyed by spells that swap Attack and Health, and spells that have been granted Poisonous by Professor Slate."
It's a well known interaction. I think the internal game reasoning is that the spell isn't killing the minion, Slate is.
They're fixing it in the patch, but this never made sense. Professor Slate is NOT killing the minion, he makes spells deadly. His effect isn't directly destroying the minion. It was just a bug.
Hi, can someone help me explain why: Headmaster Kel'Thuzad + Professor Slate + Rapid Fire does not summon the minion I destroyed?
