Might be lag, but I wouldn't worry about this since Hunter is basically SMOrc and doesn't require that much strategy. I'm not sure how much longer the axe takes than the starting hunter power.
And please spare me from comments like "that's what you get for playing huntard", etc.
What do you think this is? The Pre Old Gods meta?
Lmao. You'd be surprised though, the mindset that "aggro is cancer" (and therefore hunter) is still present in many players, and I don't expect it to fade anytime soon.

I'm 99% sure the "slowness" I perceive is not lag. Guess I'll have to time both heropowers to see what's going on
Realistically though, after throwing an axe, you need to take a little bit of time to compose yourself, reset your stance, and gather your strength before your next attack.

and realistically, nothing in hearthstone makes any sense.

The axe hitting the target itself doesn't take much time, but I feel like the time after that (until you can perform another action) is way too long.
It's not a big deal, but it makes me wonder why is this the case (if this is the case at all and not just my imagination).
What do you think?
