2019 Rotation friendly. **Updated - Final Version**
My take on Bomb Hunter.
Thanks to the responses, I have added or removed certain cards to make the deck as best as I can. Maybe it's a meme deck compared to some net decks, but it does work well. I tried making it a fast rush deck, but it ends up being both face and control depending on the match-up. At least you will give the opponent something other than the usual Hunter deck. And aside from the 2 legendaries, the deck seems reasonable to craft.
Abomination is for bomb activation and board clears. Try and save to finish off your opponent with many bombs on the board, but works quite well on clearing the opponents board as well.
Bronze Gatekeeper was put in and taken out a few times. I decided it was worth it to stall an aggro deck, and the fact that sometimes it's not worth wasting a Spider Bomb to put up some threat.
Zilliax is such a versatile card that you should craft it if possible.
Boommaster Flark is a slow card, but is necessary if the game runs longer than planned. But you can play around with the deck to see if you like it before crafting him. There are many games I have won without even playing him.
** Rang_Dipkin - The 2nd Tracking helped a lot, appreciate it.
** Manuelo46 - Even though i tried Explosive Trap previously, I ended up adding them back and they turned out well, thanks.
First off, thanks for posting a Mech Hunter that new players can craft if they don't want to spend dust on cards that'll rotate in a couople months!
I definitely got hung up trying to fit soon-to-be-rotated cards like Void Ripper into this build, but I feel like I want to get another Tracking in there somewhere...maybe in place Halazzi?
And I know this isn't the curve for it but, I've always loved fitting Deathwing into deathrattle-heavy decks. You'd probably want to include Mechanical Whelp in that case, but given all the bombs I could still see it being fun (though I'm guessing the goal is typically to be finished before Turn 10 with this build).
Real cool to see bomberman hunter again and +10 for making it rotation friendly. I'd only question some choices like Doomsayer and Abomination I suppose these are to work as board clears? In that case why not run some Explosive Traps which also synergize with the bow?
Currently enjoying my version of bomb hunter & it’s good to see a rotation friendly version! I think (hope) the new expansion could fetch some handy cards to replace those lost cards though. So best to wait and see what comes.
When I first started playing with the deck, I did add Deathwing. But honestly I never really had a chance to use it, or it was in my hand till turn 10. Most of my games are ending by turn 8-10. The Halazzi, the Lynx can be replaced with another Tracking I'm sure. But I feel it really helps with no draw in the deck. The 1/1 lynxes are nice to clear the board up. I haven't tried Mechanical Whelp yet, if it had magnetic I would've liked it more. Or just replace Halazzi, the Lynx with Deathstalker Rexxar until it's rotated out.
I did start off with Explosive Traps, but it seemed slow, and sometimes wasted. The 2 bows are just for the extra face damage or trade. The Abomination helps with clearing and activating the bombs. I did try to add Faithful Lumi and Skaterbot instead of them, but it ended up with me not having a good way to clear bombs. In the long games, if I'm lucky, If anyone has something that works better than Doomsayer, let me know. I just needed some more cards that would help in killing the bombs.
I also fiddled with Cybertech Chip and it wasn't good at all. I thought that would help the no draw situation, but I ended up with random garbage. The worst mech I was getting somewhat consistently was Alarm-o-Bot and ended up sitting there, never being played. And the Mecha'thun's were worthless as well.
Yea the new expansion could add some even better cards for this type of deck, that would be nice.
Halazzi, the Lynx is definitely optional. I wouldn't craft it unless you liked the card. Boommaster Flark, on the other hand, is one you probably want to have in this type of deck.
What about Mossy horror, to blow up all your bombs in one move for surprise burst? I know you have abom for that, but mossy horror is more useful vs giant wall decks (I know I've been using it in my bomb hunter, but my bomb hunter isn't rotation friendly anyway).
I have been playing with Bomb Hunter since the last patch went live and, surprisingly for me, I have been having a lot of success with it too. :) But, for some reason, I forgot about including Mossy Horror in my deck, LOL. :P

Mossy Horror is from the Boringwood expansion. Cards from that set don't rotate this year. Don't worry about that.
This is the best version of this deck I could come up with. I'm worn out honestly, but I am happy with the result. I'll keep playing this for now until next expansion, and maybe try some other rotation friendly decks. Thanks again.
I don't think Animal Companion would hurt the deck in place of something at all. (Edit: Tried a few games with it. Although it takes away from the mech theme, which isn't really important, you can definitely swap out Explosive Trap for Animal Companion. Both have their uses, and both seem to work well with either.)
I'm sure Mecharoo wouldn't be a bad switch for Goblin Bomb either. I just like it cause of the deck theme. Sometimes I draw a Goblin Bomb late game and I just add it to the board before I clear everything on the board anyways, so it adds that extra 2 damage. But yea, I think that would be fine to replace and may help early game more than Goblin Bomb.

No rocket launchers?
There are 2 Missile Launcher's in the deck, if that's what you mean.

how about trying this deck i made. it does pretty well against control and aggressive decks.
