Do you think King Krush can be replaced in this deck?
It will adversely affect your winrate since King Krush is another charge beast. And don't use Savannah Highmane since the deathrattle can screw up your Seeping Oozeling (as already mentioned above).
I'd look for some bigger (8+ mana) beasts as replacements to keep the synergy with the deathrattles of Silver Vanguard and Kathrena Winterwisp .
My first thoughts as a 1:1 replacement as a threat:

i can't understand why i need 2xfirefly in the deck, they don't synergize well with the idea of the deck, and i could replace them with witchwood pipers or dire frenzy. i see every recruit hunter deck includes them but i really can't figure why. any ideas?
It's funny - I was going to make this same post.
I have been wondering a lot about Fire Fly and (to a lesser degree) Spellbreaker in the standard deck.
You're probably losing to Paladin regardless, and I don't think Fire Fly is changing that in any substantial fashion. Does anyone have stats on this? Wouldn't it be better to include something like Kill Command, which helps to seal the deal in your good match ups?
Spellbreaker is just a card I don't love as tech right now, but I admit it makes sense with Tracker.
All in all, I think Recruit Hunter should maybe start getting rid of the non-aggressive cards. Maybe that means keeping Fire Fly's and dropping Creepers or something.

I just played a game with Recruit hunter against an Even Shaman. I played firefly t1, candle shot and the other firefly on t2 and tar creeper on t3. Pretty good opening curve. However, I would not have won that game if it weren't for the early trades I made with firefly + candleshot.

Silver vanguard recruits 8 cost minions, all the cards you mentioned that work with him are 9 cost mana or above. .
Whoops. Thx. Better read the cards carefully next time. I'll edit my post...
